I had an emergency internet problem arise on a Saturday and called this man from his ad in the yellow pages. He advertises "25 years experience" along with "Microsoft trained" and "new customers get 1st hour free" in those yellow pages. He was rather flippant and arrogant on the phone but I was desperate to have my problem fixed, so I had him come to my home. Definitely my error. He walked into my house as if he owned it, very arrogant and personality deficient for sure. He began 'testing' my equipment and when he finally got to the telephone wiring installed in my home, he declared it "incapable of handling my router" which was very interesting since it had been doing fine for the previous three years ! That was my final 'straw that broke the camel's back' and I asked him to leave and take his tools with him. He was threatening in his manner when he demanded that I pay him half of his 1st "free" (37.50) hour. His lack of knowledge was apparent from the get-go, he smelled like a year old (full) ash tray, and as stated, his personality was 'scary' on top of being hateful. His presence in my house was the worst service provider experience I have ever had. If you are a woman alone in your home, do not allow this man to enter your house. I put a stop payment on the check and he never contacted me about it.
