Beware, this outfit is really bad news. When I disputed the sprinkler controller box the owner said I needed and wanted to exchange it for something simpler, the owner belligerently told me just to read the manual and then refused to take my repeated calls (always went to voicemail) my text or my certified letter. To top it off, the old system works now! I studied sprinkler installation (thanks You Tube) for two days, replaced the battery and fuse , reattached the wiring and plugged it back in. So I never got my "service call." My in-ground sprinkler system had suddenly stopped working and we called All Wet, the company who initially installed it for a service call. The rep showed up with a new sprinkler box and informed me he was told to install it. I asked if that was really necessary and he said, "these things stop working" and that the new unit would cost $329 and asked if that was ok. Unfortunately (for us), a roofer we had called arrived at the same time and I had to go with the roofer to inspect the roof. So I said ok ( mistake number one) but told the All Wet guy I'd like to have my system checked first. When I came back, he had just completed installing the new box. He said the old system didn't work. But the new box didn't work either. So then he said he was going to install a solenoid. It still didn't work. Then he said he wanted to check the wiring. He came back to the box after fiddling outside and the system worked. After reading the instruction book, the next morning I called All Wet right away and and said the system was way more than I needed and I wanted to exchange for the lesser model. I didn't need a 22-staion expandable for a two-station system! Furthermore, the prices you charged us were way more than even retail. The identical unit I received costs $98 at the local retail store but you charged me $329. The solenoid (unrequested) cost me $42 but at the store $14.38. The "service" call was an additional $50. We're senior citizens and money doesn't grow in banks. In response he argued belligerently about reading the manual, which I had already done. Condescending. He never addressed the pricing. We relied on his professionalism because we weren't up to speed on sprinkler equipment and pricing. (mistake number two) Over a fwo week period we called his office and his mobile number several times and always went to voicemail?? At first we thought maybe they're really busy. But we never received a callback, or an answer to our certified letter to his business, a private residence, requesting a resolution or compromise solution. In our one and only conversation with the owner, he was combative, and demeaning, saying we should be happy with the new system and "anybody could figure it out because it's so simple." We found his pricing and behavior unreal for a business that relies on customer satisfaction. We want to warn other Treasure Valley residents, especially senior citizens. to stay away from this outfit. We've never had an experience like this one.
