It has taken 4 months and about $2500 for me to get this home "right". Realtors and lawyers will be fighting it out until I get my money back. Timberline Construction is family to the realtor that orchestrated this whole mess of a deal. He works for a local real estate company, so don't use him. He is incapable of telling the truth.
Description of Work: This was the remodeler of a home I purchased in Sept. 2010. Upon moving in, I discovered everything that this company/individual touched required redo. The home was not safe to be occupied. Electrical was a fire hazard, plumbing was half- finished, sheetrock and paint was missing from places not noticeable at first glance, sprinkler system had been made to work,but drain was removed so winterization could not take place. Grab bars installed in wrong place.
