Description of Work: These guys are the most CRUDE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST, OVER PRICED, ARROGANT, IGNORANT, AND IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH bunch of UN-professionals I have ever had to deal with. First of all as I asked the older lady a question she first responded with "well thats great I have to go to the front to look it up, you'll just have to wait", once to the front counter she found my file and then responded to my initial question with "you do understand that this layaway is 4 days past due, you should have called us before hand and i might have been willing to not charge the restocking fee." , my response was, " if you look at my initial receipt it shows that i still have 11 days left on the layaway, I don't understand why your records show a different date." she then cut me off by saying "you know what if you just pay the d#mn thing off ill let you take it but i don't want you to pull this s*it again" I then paid my layaway and will never return. Aside from this run in with poor service there are 6 other situations in which I had vowed to never return, but now that they have competitors that care for customers and understand that the best customer is a returning customer with a good outlook on the company. there are 4 out of 5 employee/owners that i have had poor experiences with, and each time it ended with them telling me how poor of a customer i was, even if i was just asking a question, comparing prices, or asking questions on a certain product they had. They have horrible mouths and use profanity in ways that you would not want to go in there and this is not a place for children. They also have no product knowledge as well as acting like they are the only ones in town that know best, they say horrible things about the competition, and that is a huge turn off for most. The competitors that you must at least try I did not see on this site are, The Gun Shop on holmes, they are fantastic and very very knowledgable, along with sportsmans warehouse. I will never step foot into this business again due to high prices, attitude, customer care, product knowledge, and lack of professionalism.
