 + -1 moreOverall, it's a good service and a fraction of the franchise cost and Becky is willing to do any tasks but her business practice is more self-serving than customer oriented. She is willing to drop one customer in lieu of a higher paying one, leaving one in the lurch.
Description of Work: Becky works very hard and is pretty quick and generally comprehensive. Every house cleaner I've ever had has missed a thing from time to time. She's good at communicating any changes in schedule and has stayed overtime in order to complete the work. She is willing to take on any task as a household assistant. However, after indicating that it would take an additional hour to complete all the tasks and getting me to finally agree to more time, she then completed the entire job within the original block of time, but I'd already committed to the extra time. I feel like I'm paying extra for her to relax, but I do appreciate the extra tasks she has taken on in that block of time. Worth an hour? Not really. She has recently dropped me one of the days in in lieu of a higher paying gig, leaving me in the lurch. This has really played poorly on the business relationship I have, especially as one of her original clients.
