+ -1 moreI will never do business with Wells Fargo again. I had used them for years in Southern California for home owner equity lines of credit but the Coeur d'Alene branch soured me to the entire company. When I complained to the national offices I was met more rudeness.
Description of Work: Went in for a refi, spent $400 on an appraisal, received a good faith estimate of costs and interest rate. Interest rates went up and they refused to honor the good faith estimate. In my opinion this was an out and out bait and switch. Highly unethical, possibly illegal and rude to top it off.
