I was thinking about getting new windows for my home. As a recent widow whoâ s husband did all of our home improvements and repairs I had many reservations about who to trust, cost, financing and warranty. I called YHIC to set up an appointment for a window quote. I met with Craig Goettle, he was thorough with all their window options styles and upgrades. Craig took time explaining the quality, installation process and warranty. I chose YHIC based on the trust I had in Craig knowing I had no worries if something went wrong, failed or broke. YHIC has an amazing warranty and quality is superior. My windows are custom fit, look amazing inside and out. Craig and his team are quick to respond with any questions I may have. I chose to replace a few windows at a time. I was able to pay my first set off without financing and quickly decided to install a few more windows which I needed financing. Craig was able to offer a few companies that could work for me. The financing company had amazing rates and great repayment schedule that fit my needs perfectly. Iâ m grateful for Craig giving me piece of mind knowing I made the right decision to work with YHIC.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism of all parties involved from the sales staff to the contractors, plumbers, and installer of the shower. The workers took care of all aspects including cleaning up and disposal of old tub and plumbing after installation. We have never been as satisfied with any other home improvement projects as we are with this project and would recommend this company to any one who is interested in a bathroom remodel.

Reasonable priced. The guy who installed the project did a fantastic job, and cleaned up his mess! Itâ s awesome to hear that the installer Matt that installed the job is currently the production manager - he deserves it!! There was nothing that I had to do when the project was done. I would definitely recommend this company!!

One thing that I thought was really nice was that the water was not turned off for a long time in the house. Tim Brustle and the plumber were very good and courteous. He always asked me about where I wanted things like the shower head, the shelving, how far out the surround would go, and the grab bars before installing them. It was nice to get it done quickly too! I would recommend this company.

Itâ s a good quality window! This was the second round of windows that we had installed in our house. The price for the windows is high, but the quality is very good.

The tech was very fast and very nice. Explained things very accurate. Price very reasonable.

The work on the shower was fantastic. The convenience of being able to step into a shower instead of the old tub we had is very nice. The quality of work was very good, the installers did an excellent job. This shower was put in 7 years ago and it still looks and works great!

They are knowledgeable about their business and know about windows. Iâ ve installed windows myself in the past and found the quality wasnâ t up to what I needed. These windows from Your Home Improvement Company ARE up to my standards.

I was very comfortable with them coming into the house. They did a great job and both the basement shower and the upstairs tub are still in great shape after 9 years of being done.

Also installed the bathroom flooring, everyone was very kind,helpful and did a awesome job.

The installation of the walk in tub and the product itself are wonderful! There was an issue with some small divots in the flooring after install that were unfortunately unable to be remedied, but other than that everything has been great.

I would advise anyone to contact this company for fine quality of work. The installers were very nice men and were very good at what they did. There was very little clean up afterwards and would have them back again to do another job!

Install went smooth, installer showed up in a timely manner, he cleaned up and removed the old tub as well. Finish work and calking was exceptional done. I would recommend Bath Planet.
