I have been a customer of Your Home Improvement for several years. We had new windows and siding installed first. Both have been great no maintenance needing to be done, except to keep them clean. Our house has been warmer and the utility bills have lowered. We had gutters and soffit and fascia next which has made things look even better. Our basement bath was next with a new shower and flooring. It made it so much better. The salesmen and carpenters were very good and friendly, very good people. I am now working on the other bathroom with a new tub and flooring

It was just as they said. A 2 day job and they were in and out! From the installer to the plumber, they worked in sync really well and did the job right. Very well done and we are nothing but happy with our new shower!

Iâ m super happy with the outcome of our new shower. We had a tub and got a walk in shower installed. It will make our lives much easier and safer as we get older. Great experience to work with Your Home Improvement Company. Work was done in a timely manner. Any questions I had were answered. The workers attitudes were great and they did the work well. The new tub is wonderful and the floor is easy to clean.

We got a new shower through Bath Planet. The quality of the material is top notch. The installer that came in did a great job and always kept us informed as to what he was doing. The sales rep also did a very nice job. We love our new shower! We would definitely recommend this company.

The whole process from the beginning to the end was very good! We were very pleased with all of the staff and all of the workers. They were very thorough and it was a great experience.

What I can say about my experience is that the sales guys that came in, the installer, and the customer service has all been good. Itâ s hard to say if the value for money is perfect because the shower is brand new. Iâ m hoping within a few years it still looks like it does today. Overall it has been a good experience working with Bath Planet.

Very professional, nice clean work, picked up after themselves, cleaned all windows before they left, house was just the way it was before they came. Vacuumed up the carpet, were on time, everything was a positive experience.

The two gentlemen that came to talk about the shower were very polite and courteous. They answered our questions very well! The installer, Scott, was very polite and super clean! He even rolled out canvas to walk on so he didn’t get the floor dirty. He worked very quickly and efficiently and got right to work. The follow up visit was enjoyable and I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone. Overall such a wonderful experience and I’m very happy we did this.

The work done was of a great quality. Even with a couple interesting twists when getting to installation of the new windows, the installers did a really nice job. The follow up after the installation was a good touch, making sure that it was done to our satisfaction and specifications.

Everything was done in a good amount of time. We are satisfied with the work that was done and are happy with our new shower!

I paid over 20 grand. No my windows have ice on the inside. You can feel the cold air coming in. They came over and put foam.patches in the bottom and caulked the installation screws. The thermometer in the window seal reads 30 degrees. The windows are frozen shut. DO NOT USE. Now they say its normal and they are not going to do anything more. Per the production manager Brian c I have lots of pics. On and by the way it took over 2 weeks to get 10 windows installed. Junk. I am willing to provide proof to anyone who wants to see this sham work

We did two bathrooms and the biggest thing that I loved about this remodel was that it only took four total days for the two bathrooms! That included demo, installation of tub/shower, surrounds, flooring, toilets, plumbing work, and vanities. Everybody was really professional and were prompt to answer any questions we had throughout the process. They were also very courteous about cleaning up any â remodel messâ after each day of work. The bathroom turned out even better than we thought it would! They were in and out quickly too! It only took one day to install our new Walk-in tub!! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and courteous, he answered all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family!

The work was done well. The installers were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to finish the job. Every step from ordering to installment was smooth and easy. The cost of the windows is higher than some but the quality is excellent.

I would recommend this company because they work well with you and donâ t pressure you. When the work is done they check to make sure the work done properly. Never had a company care so much and WE appreciate it so much. Also love the companyâ s warranty!!

This company has a lot of experience in what they do! Itâ s a very high quality product. From the sales rep to the men on the roof, they were very professional and it was refreshing. They cleaned up extremely well and the dumpster was out of our driveway very soon after the job was done. Very neat and meticulous job well done. Overall, we are excited to have a new roof!
