Description of Work: The first time I called Dustin and left a message, he did not get back to me. I finally called again, he came to give me a bid promptly and we agreed he would get back to me the first of the year. My proposed job is not a large one and consists of some grout repair which, I'm sure, is not exactly desirable to a good tile man. However, he agreed to do the job but obviously he is not interested and has not called back.........again. His total lack of communication is very unprofessional and I will not call him again. Had he just said my project was too small, I would have at least respected him.

The estimate was done around the holidays and was loosely scheduled for the start of the year. I misplaced the contact information and was not able to set up a time to complete the project. I apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy to rectify the situation. If you still need the work done, I would love to get it done for you. I would even be able to give you a discount for the inconvenience. I have no issues with small projects and I would be available to complete your project immediately.
