Description of Work: We've had Jason and his team do a few projects for us now and he's always impressed us. He delivers great service at a very fair price. We'll work with him again... I'm sure!

Description of Work: Jason was personally great, and it's clear he knows his stuff. However, after an initial consultation (free, which was amazing), he didn't follow up for more than one week. It turned out that he opted to take on other projects in lieu of ours, couldn't fit us in, and the lack of communication left me wanting. | |It's clear he's in demand, and I believe had he worked on our project it would have been done right. But bottom line is that he didn't follow up and left us hanging for more than a week - absolutely not acceptable. It's also clear that he needs to expand his operation since he's in such demand. We would have liked to work with him.

Description of Work: I had Jason evaluate 4 plumbing issues in my home. He was quick and efficient. He told me not to worry about two items; he ordered parts for one item and gave me a bid for a backup sump system, the last item. This is the second time I have used him and I am still impressed.

Description of Work: He ran a gas line for a stove and connected a kitchen sink. He was half the price of other estimates and I have used him in the past. From now on he is the only person I will call. He is fair and honest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Description of Work: Jason came to correct a connection on a gas line for a new gas dryer. He also helped me move and install the dryer and tested it. And helped me move out the old dryer to outside to be picked up. I've used Jason before to repair some sink plumbing. Always friendly, helpful and responsive. I would certainly call him again if I need plumbing work.

Description of Work: Owner Jason & an apprentice was able to fit me in their extremely busy schedule. We had two leaks that had appeared in our line to the refrigerator. The team fixed the leaks and replaced the shutoff valve. They are very knowledgeable and provide good customer service.

Description of Work: We called and left a message on a Sunday. He called back that evening! Set up and appt on Thursday - he called Monday with a cancellation and even came over in the middle of a snowstorm! He identified the problem, went out to get the disposal, and had it fixed and was gone all in a matter of about 90 minutes!

Description of Work: Jason repaired a broken flush valve inside the toilet tank. He was very professional and finished the job quickly.

Description of Work: Our sump pump went out and flooded our entire basement (on a Saturday). Jason came out within a short period of time and replaced the sump pump. We were so happy with his work that we had him replace our garbage disposal as well. He was prompt, efficient, personable, professional, and his prices were quite reasonable. We have already recommended him to others!

Description of Work: Had a leak under kitchen sink. Turned out to be a disposal issue. Replaced disposal with a better quality one than we had before, though price was similar. Job went quick and efficient and on budget. Professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Jason is currently working with us on a master bath remodel, and he has also replaced (2) sillcocks recently. He has been very helpful in assisting us with new fixture selections, and all other new installations in the master bath. Jason is a VERY NICE person to work with, and an experienced tradesman. He's easy to reach by phone, or texting. Jason is the perfect fit for DYIers like ourselves, who must call the pros for the heavy lifting aspects of a project!

Description of Work: I had several projects. Two faucets, clogged drain, outside faucet added and some reworking of pipe lines. Done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up everything and called ahead before he arrived. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Replaced the wax ring on a toilet and reseated.

Description of Work: We had trouble with our garbage disposal. I called Jason and he was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. He was very professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: We had a clogged stool. It turned out that a guest at a baby shower party flushed a small plastic container down the stool. Jason could not remove it without breaking the stool. We agreed to have him buy a new stool which he got us at a good price. Labor was about $150 and stool about $175 for a total of $325. He broke his auger when he was here but went and got a new one right away and came back and finished the job. he also went and picked up the new stool from his supplier to finish the work the same afternoon. We were disappointed he could not get it out and we had to buy a new stool but it appears we had no other choice. He presented several solutions but we decided to go with a new stool as the other one was 17 years old.

Description of Work: Leaking water heater. Jason came out same day (after 5PM) and diagnosed an old cheap plastic valve as the source. He didn't charge me for that first stop/diagnosis. He then gave me the option of draining the water heater myself to save some time and money. I wasn't able to get there before him so we drained it together using plastic buckets! Jason went beyond what I would expect a plumber to do and didn't charge me for all the time he actually spent at the house. I've used about 5 other plumbers over the years and then found Jason on Angie's List. I won't be searching for another plumber again.

Description of Work: Jason installed a line for a tolite. He did a great job and was easy to work with.
