Evans Roofing

Evans Roofing did the sloppiest job I have ever seen in my life in my opinion they are just out to get your money I would never hire them again. I did not get what I paid for still waiting for them to finish the job. When they walked on my roof they put holes through the ceiling in my house now I have to hire another contractor to fix that. I do not recommend this company to anyone be aware I think there are scammers and rip-offs all I want is money. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 319 651 1***. I also hired Evans Roofing who put siding on my house they use all my siding and did not get the job done I have to go out and buy more siding to finish my home I had plenty of siding to do the job but the way they cut the siding and the people that they hired to do my siding did not know what they were doing so again I got ripped off, job not done.

Suggested a project to install gutter guards to prevent clogging. I will check on the project materials. I have a lot of trees including pines. Considered taking him up on it. He suggested one type of gutter guard at a very good price. But my neighbor at a former house had some problems with that type. I researched optional gutter guards and selected a stainless steel mesh type and bought them He said he could install them as well. In the meantime, he had many jobs that delayed the installation for a while. So he contracted with someone who had worked with him before to get the installation done promptly (likely making less money than planned)!

Bill and Alyssa came out very quickly to provide an estimate to clean out my gutters and downspouts and I hired them in the spot. They were very professional and did an amazing job! Will definitely use them again!

Came with his son prepared to do the work at the same time he gave me the estimate. Appeared to know what he was doing (I'm not sure how it should have been done because I have no experience--hence the need for a pro), did it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks, Bill and Josh.
