Nate and Tyler were always professional and smiling. Ally and Sam, the technicians, were personable and willing to answer all my questions, at a level I understood. They are all amazing people; taking a computer to TSTW is less like taking it to a computer shop and more like taking it to a friend-who-knows-computer's house. I will be going through them for all my computer needs from now on, and am recommending them to everyone I know.
And when I win the lottery, they are so setting me up with Home Automation. Seriously, ask them about it, it is amazing!

It went very well overall. I don't know of any other business that would do what the employee's at this business have done. Even though they are just starting out,don't under estimate the knowledge and professionalism of Tyler and Nate. Give them a try and I promise you will never want to go anywhere else!

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Tri-State Technology Warehouse. I was initially referred to them by another hardware company here in town, and on my very first, panicked call, Tyler treated me with professionalism and respect. He got me and my computer in immediately and fixed it right there in front of me. When my new part came in, they installed it plus a couple extras to make it run at its best! He recommended RAM upgrades and also installed a new hard drive when I returned a few weeks later.

Their turnaround time is fantastic, and both Tyler and Nate are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am not hesitant at all to call them "MY computer guys!"
