 + 0 moreNate and Tyler were always professional and smiling. Ally and Sam, the technicians, were personable and willing to answer all my questions, at a level I understood. They are all amazing people; taking a computer to TSTW is less like taking it to a computer shop and more like taking it to a friend-who-knows-computer's house. I will be going through them for all my computer needs from now on, and am recommending them to everyone I know. And when I win the lottery, they are so setting me up with Home Automation. Seriously, ask them about it, it is amazing!
Description of Work: My desktop computer was constantly crashing, turns out my hard disk drive was going bad. They replaced the hard drive, upgraded my RAM and suggested getting a new video card. I was so impressed with the speed of their turnaround that I had them order and install the card.

Description of Work: Travis at Tri-State Technology Warehouse has provided us with excellent computer repair service and sales. Their prices are very reasonable for purchase of computers along with reasonable repair fees. I have been back to Tri-State on three occasions now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They offer fast service and they communicate great with their customers. It is nice to go somewhere that they know you by name and remember you the next time you come in. I don't hesitate to tell my friends and family to go to Tri-State for all of their computer purchase and repair needs. I know I am going to remain a loyal customer because of the outstanding customer service they offer. Thanks Travis and Tri-State Tecnology for always going above and beyond!

 + 0 moreIt went very well overall. I don't know of any other business that would do what the employee's at this business have done. Even though they are just starting out,don't under estimate the knowledge and professionalism of Tyler and Nate. Give them a try and I promise you will never want to go anywhere else!
Description of Work: I have taken my computer to them since they have opened and they have always given me A- 1 quality service. I just bought a computer system and Tyler insisted on coming to the house and setting me up so that I didn't have to worry about it. He worked endlessly and efficiently till all was good. He had a smile on his face and answered all my questions professionally and at a level that I could understand. I highly recommend Tri-State for all of your home or business needs. You will never ever want or need to go anywhere else.

 + -1 moreI have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Tri-State Technology Warehouse. I was initially referred to them by another hardware company here in town, and on my very first, panicked call, Tyler treated me with professionalism and respect. He got me and my computer in immediately and fixed it right there in front of me. When my new part came in, they installed it plus a couple extras to make it run at its best! He recommended RAM upgrades and also installed a new hard drive when I returned a few weeks later. Their turnaround time is fantastic, and both Tyler and Nate are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am not hesitant at all to call them "MY computer guys!"
Description of Work: To date, Tyler and Nate have repaired an old heat sink, installed a new one and new fans, a new hard drive, and trouble-shooted some small problems I have had with my computer. They will also be setting up our new office network this fall.
