Zen Clean

He did an amazing job. The moss was awful and the gutters disgusting. The work was excellent. He cleaned up after himself, cleaning up the mess, putting it in the yard waste receptacle. Trimmed some branches that were contributing to the moss problem. Offered to move the yard waste receptacle to the curb for me! He did what was requested and agreed upon, but clearly went the extra mile! My neighbors commented on what a great job he did. His recommendation for repeat service is longer than others have told me! Price was actually at the bottom end of the estimate. From my research their prices are very competitive. I cant say enough about what a great job they did! i will most definitely have them back for some of their other services and to clean roof and gutters in the future.

We used Simple Joys once a year for 3 years. They were great. On time and got the job done well. This last year, they changed to a new billing system and would only send a bill via email. I never got the bill. I called back 9 different times and talked to Jeremy (the owner) or the receptionist in the 5 months since the service and they never would send me out a physical bill. They kept saying they sent me a bill via email; but I never did get an email from them. They finally threatened to send it to a collection agency. I NEVER will do business with this company again; it shouldn't be that hard to give them a payment.

Excellent. Rick arrived within the time frame he'd given me; he knocked and rang the doorbell first (I didn't answer because I was home ill that day). He then started to work and took at least three hours doing everything he needed to up on my roof (I could hear him!). He completely cleaned off my roof, as well as my back deck, which had had considerably more blow-down than he created with the cleaning process. He bagged up the detritus in the three yard waste bags I'd left him, as well as an extra bag of his own, and left them in the carport for me to take up to the street on collecting day. I'd asked him to clean off the carport as well, but he called me and told me the growth on the carport was too heavy (correct) to remove in a cost effective way. He said he could give me a couple of recommendations for replacement of the carport roof, which would be the best option for me. Only problem was, I couldn't read the zip file he sent me with the invoice, so I need to call the company to get those recommendations. All in all, a splendid job.

The window cleaner came almost 2 hours too early, hence the ding on punctuality. There was a good personal reason but a phone call in advance would have been appreciated since I had to move things around in my schedule. But the work done was good and quick and I was very pleased with the cleaning of the awning. It has almost zero pitch and pollen, pine needles cedar 'debris' had reduced its transparency significantly. Our deck was dark on the brightest of days even with a southern exposure, not a recipe for joy in the NW.

This neighborhood company replied to my inquiry promptly and we set up most of the details by email. Rick arrived exactly on time and cleaned our gutters and skylights(3) in the time predicted. We will hire them again and recommend Simple Joys to our neighbors.

Do not bother with this outfit unless they give you a written quote and stick to it. My thought is that they realized their quote was too low, thus did not wish to actually perform the work for the price they (verbally) quoted me.

We couldn't ask for better service from beginning to end. Jeremy gave us an estimate over the phone based on the general size of the house and the number of windows and skylights. Rick came on time and did the work in a very efficient and professional manner, including a perfect clean-up. With the gunk he got out of our gutters, we expect them to work much more efficiently when the rains come again. The pine needles are gone from the roof, and the windows look wonderful! Our breakfast tables sits in one of the bay windows, and it is such a pleasure to have a clear view of the yard. When he was done, Rick came to the door for payment, and told me it would be less than the estimate, because the window washing took less time than expected. We have never had a contractor tell us this. With Jeremy and Rick's great service and trustworthiness, we will definitely go to Simple Joys again.

It went very well indeed. Rick appeared early in the time window I had been given to expect, went right to work and blew down a significant amount of debris that had collected. After he finished, he blew my decks off and the parking area in front of my house. (My property is such that on three sides, the fir needles and such could simply be blown onto the ground, as it is in a natural state.) I am very pleased. One of my neighbors who saw the work being done has already asked me for the company's name and phone number.

I would probably call them back. They came when they said they were coming, and they did a nice job. I have a little shed behind my house, and it had a lot of moss on it. They only me charged an extra $25 to do that little shed, which was probably harder to do than my whole roof. They didn't leave any dirty mess, it was nice.

Did a great job. Arrived on time. Also cleaned the gutters. Cleaned up afterwards. Price was as quoted. He also cleaned off the decades worth of muck on the 2-story playhouse roof. That alone was worth the $125!

Estimate was lower than most other companies I talked to. One guy from Simple Joys arrived at 3pm, inside the 1:30-3:30 window they gave me. The work took about 1 hour, and I'm assuming it was done well though I didn't go up on a ladder to inspect. He was courteous and professional. Only one hick-up: strong wind knocked the ladder over so I had to go out and raise the ladder for him. I'm happy with the service

They were polite and they were prompt. They were pretty true to their estimate. They didn't try to add things on, I actually paid a little less than what they said originally.

I called and left a message on the answering machine. Jeremy called the next business day and requested our physical address. From this he provided a quote over the phone. The work was scheduled for 9:00 AM, Monday morning. Rick showed up at 8:30 AM ready to start. Rick walked me "through" the job and explained what he would be doing. Rick was extremely pleasant and professional. I don't think our driveway has been this clean since it was new. My wife was so impressed with their work, she called an scheduled an appointment to have the windows cleaned.

Jeremy Garrett called me and gave me a bid over the phone. The time was scheduled on June 15th and the employee, sorry I can't remember his name since he was so nice, arrived and promptly completed the job. I was happy with the work and the price was fair. I will call them again for this reoccurring maintenance.

Rick did a good job and we are very satisfied with the results.

Simple Joys provided estimate over the phone by reviewing pictures of house online. They came out, inspected the job to make sure it was consistent with their estimate and then did the job. Simple and straightforward. Worker was courteous and pointed out any problems before I noticed them.

The house looks okay after the power-washing; there are still some dirty areas that were not removed that I wish had gotten cleaner. Some areas of paint got blown off, which is fine as it hasn't been painted in a while. There is a light-sensor floodlight on one side of the garage that has not functioned since the power-washing was done. I phoned the company and spoke with Jeremy about it, but he basically told me I was on my own to get it fixed and didn't offer any assistance, nor did he take any responsibility for it. So that kind of bugs me. I feel like the amount i had to pay for the work i had done was expensive.

Overall, I was pleased with their service.

Their work always turns out well. Jeremy is responsive to my calls. I have yet to meet him in person, but I enjoy working with him.

Was referred by my realtor to Simple Joys. They got right back to me, and had the job done within the week. Rick, the guy that came out, was on time and was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He did a thorough job, both in pressure washing my fence/deck/roof, but also in his clean up. My property looks fantastic!

Wasn't home when they performed service but did a good job on the day they promised.

We are so happy with Simple Joys. Our cedar deck was a fright, with moss and mildew, but the pressure washing with brightener made it look like a brand new deck. Same story with our windows - they hadn't been washed for many years and now they are crystal clear. Very reasonable price, same as estimate over the phone. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely use this company again.

Scheduling was easy, estimate was provided over the phone, and work was done quickly. I was very happy with them and will use them again.
