We have used Dave Greene/Valu-Rite Plumbing for several plumbing repairs, including two emergencies. Today, we had Dave install a new gas line for the grill on our deck, which was a complex and difficult job. As always, were very pleased with his work. He is everything you'd hope for in a plumber - punctual, honest, friendly, and someone who does the job with the utmost care/quality but at a reasonable price for the amount of work done. In addition to small plumbing repairs (toilets fixed, sinks unclogged), Dave also responded very quickly when we had two water leaks from aging pipes that required immediate repairs. We felt reassured once Dave had completed the work that we wouldn't have to worry about further issues. I would highly recommend Valu-Rite to anyone.

Valu-Rite (David) had one of the better prices for performing this job on his website. I also noted and loved that the product he sold wasn't the bottom of the barrel, but a step up. The unit he brought me was 4 tenths higher in efficiency than what other companies quoted and had an 8 year warranty vs a 6.(all for the same money or better than the competition). I also liked that David was up front with pricing and didn't try the upsell either on the phone or while at my home. Knowing I was out of hot water, David actually stayed at my home until late in the evening to complete the job, the same day I called. I've finally found a plumber that I feel I can trust.It is obvious David has a kind heart and strives to provide value and not take advantage. He spends time with us novices to make sure we feel comfortable with what we're paying and helps us understand where the costs are.

The were generally a little late arriving but once on the job worked diligently and did quality work. I am extremely hard to please as I believe in doing things right and they do too.
