I have used them a couple years now and they do a great job. Their prices are competitive. I like their consistency and delivering the services that they promise that we paid for.

I had service from Lawn Doctor for only a few years. However, I moved in June of 2014. At that time I still had three services due on my home and since it was unoccupied and going up for sale I let the service continue. I had had a few problems with the service in that I had never had dollar weed in my yard and suddenly had it but I called, they retreated but , heck, I had moved. The last service I was aware of was on September 10,2014 at 1:40 pm. My relative moved in on October 30,2014 and they had pets so the gate was locked from then on. This is a small 1/8 acre yard at a town home. The bill on Sept. 10th showed I had one more treatment due. Since I had a cancelled check that says clearly on it "1 years service" that was cashed, I didn't worry about it. When they called in December , I called them to tell them they were done. They have no recollection of this call. They then called again on Feb 10th. I tried calling back but they had left early for the day. I then called again the next morning at 8:30 am (thankfully I have phone logs) and said again that I cancelled it and that I no longer lived there. At that time I was told okay and I thought that was the end of it. So today I went down and the tenant gave me an envelope and there is a bill for $32. When I called the response was "well you cancelled it that same day". I told them fine, I will trash you on Angie's List and the response was " hope you have a clear conscience". I do, there are weeds in the yard that kind of proves my point that they could not service the back yard. The front has parking for 5 cars and very little lawn. And I have a cancelled check that says "1 years service". Why on earth would you spray a yard if you had not been paid and in your own words it was cancelled that same day.....Oh, you had sprayed before the phone call at 8:30 am , you have no way to call your tech and say don't spray that yard. I use TruGreen now, much better service, has been since June~

Nothing really stood out, I had to cancel it, my husband had some surgery the first of April and we couldn't afford to have him come back. We only used them one time. As far as I know they did what they said they would do. The weeds were coming up. We just canceled the service.

We had a good experience with them, well maintenance. They do a thorough job. We will use them again in the future.
