We purchased a mattress and bed frame (inclining). We were also to get a $150.00 special pillow. When bed was delivered, they didn't bring tools/bolts needed to attach the frame to our headboard (said they would be back the next day). Also, no pillow. The next day, someone rang the door bell at 9:00 PM-- it was the delivery driver with a pillow (in a used gift bag) no plastic on the pillow--USED! I refused it. And asked about the bolts to attach the frame, he didn't know anything. So I called again the next day, was told they had to order the bolts and a new pillow. We followed up for weeks, still lies! So we let it go. 1 1/2 yrs later the mattress had multiple warranty issues. I called Lotts and was given the run around, multiple times. I called the company and filed a complaint. When they investigated it, Lotts told them they had called me multiple times and I wouldn't take their call. LIE! Anyway 2 years later they finally sent someone out to look at the mattress (which had a 10 yr warranty), and this guy was nice and immediately said it would qualify for a replacement. I went in and was showed expensive mattresses, even after being told I only would a mattress to replace the current one, I didn't want to pay an additional $500.00. 3 months later, they finally had a mattress that I could get and be even. Delivery was to be on a Friday, didn't happen until the next Tuesday. Still no bolts... Finally did come back the next week and bolted everything together. Now I've received a $75.00 bill for delivery and disposal of old mattress. I've called and they have agreed to take care of the bill, we will see. SORRY this is so long, but stay away from Lott's Furniture!!

On 5/27/15 visited Lotts looking for a dining table. Found what we were looking for but were told that it has already been sold. Salesperson said they could order another one and would take about 2 weeks to get in. We agreed and put a $400.00 deposit down. Called back afte 2 weeks and was told had not been recieved and would take 4 to 6 weeks. After 7 weeks I demanded return of deposit. All of a sudden the table was on a truck and would be here today. Later found out that table was coming from Asia and they lied to us about delivery dates. I have filed complaints with BBB. The responses they gave to BBB were lies. Dont ever believe anything Lotts tells you.
