PROFESIONAL, RESPONSIVE, and AFFORDIBLE! I just had my house inspected for termites by Safer Home Services, which I found them on Home advisor. They did an outstanding job and were very informative. EXCEPTIONAL customer service, they took the time to explain what they were looking for, where it most like would be found, and the various forms of prevention available. I have a very large old style stucco house, it took them little over an hour to inspect it all, inside and out, and they were able to provide me with the report upon completion. Hands down, most competent service providers. Thank Bob and Scott.

Bob is terrific! Knows what he's doing. Doesn't do more than he needs to. Comes back to correct any problems that crop up during the year. Uses chemicals that don't harm people or pets, but that kill the bugs. Is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

They came out to the house earlier, which I appreciated. No waiting around. They went right to work and found the source of the problem. Immediately proceeded to remove whatever contained contaminated, or infested items. They took their time and performed a careful and precise inspection of all items in my pantry. When they finished there, they moved on to my cabinets and everywhere else. I can honestly say that they have done the most THOROUGH, the most COMPLETE, and PRECISE pest control ever. Instead of quarterly service, they come ONCE a year!! That’s how confident they are of their work. I highly recommend SAFER HOME SERVICE. Homeowners, don’t waste your time, or money with companies that offer quarterly service. If you really want to solve your bug problem, call the right people. This was a situation where a real estate inspector had come in. The technician could probably have taken advantage of the situation but not only did he not do that, he went above to make sure we were able to provide the agent with the nescessary paperwork for what we all thought was ridiculous to begin with and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Safer home services is hands down the BEST to call for pest control!! Our busy household with many children can present a challenge. Safer home services was up to that challenge! I have tried several other pest control companies, and I still battled ants. It was so bad that I wondered if I was living on a giant ant hill. I could also smell the chemicals used inside my house. Yuck! Today my home is pest free, and I don’t have to worry about the safety of my children or pets. Safer home keeps my home pest free. The Safer home response time is fantastic!!
