R4 Restoration

We had a slow leak from an upstairs laundry area that was only discovered when the walls in the family room showed water damage. After repairing the leak, the R4 team came in and repaired/restored the family room to a pristine condition. They were professional and worked around our schedules to complete the work.

Once we hired R4 Restoration it went well. Initially our insurance company (Travelers) could not agree on a price with our repair/restoration company which gave a quote of $50,000. This took over 2 months with a hole in our roof trying to get Travelers to agree on a price with our contracted restoration company. After a lot of aggravation and rats in the house (from being open to the outside), we asked Travelers Insurance for their preferred Vendor list and that is how we found R4. I believe their quote was $27,000 (much less than the other bid) although I believe our first contractor then matched their price. We decided to go with the Insurance company's preferred vendor R4. They are a class act. They have "teams" for every aspect of the restoration process. And each team is an expert in their field. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly they boxed up EVERY item in our daughter's bedroom, closets, bathroom and attic where the damage was. And EVERY item was returned having been professionally cleaned. Each box was marked as to what was in it. And important to me..I totally trusted the ladies who boxed up her items. Trusting strangers can be scary. I can't tell you why but I felt confident that these ladies wouldn't steal a piece of chewing gum! The coordinator Paulo oversees the project . He would text me to get my schedule to let the teams know when they could come. It took months to get our work done but that is because we were out of town some of the time and I did not want anyone in our home if I wasn't there. That's not to say that their teams are not trustworthy because I wholeheartedly believe they are. This company is professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They protected our hardwood floors and all carpeting before the process began. Maybe I can attach a picture of the protection on the carpet and hardwoods. I cannot say enough positive things about R4 Restoration. I am a stickler for good communication. I got immediate responses from Paulo, Bayardo, Ernesto and also from John if I ever had any concern or question. They are FABULOUS to work with! And their work is excellent!

I was in a bind to find a contractor to do some work requested by our buyers before a quickly approaching closing date, and was referred to brimer co. Working with Jeremy and crew at Brimer construction was a breeze from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product!! Jeremy thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect. Mark, the project manager, was very friendly and kept me posted on the progress. The crew was always on time and finished my project in a timely manner! They cleaned up nicely so that the only trace of them was their great work!
