They were able to get rid of the chiggers on the pool deck. The organic stuff that they use inside does have a very strong clove/peppermint smell which lasts for a couple of days, then it dissipates pretty quickly. Very responsive and professional.

They came out and did a good job spraying the house. I have lots of pets so safety is a concern. The chemicals they used were all natural and would not harm my pets. It killed all of the insects and kept my house insect free for the entire year (they came three times). Great service for a great price.

Not only was the price terrific but the service was amazing. They spent a couple of hours working in my basement and crawl space closing up all of the spots where rodents could get in. It was no easy task and they did a terrific job. They even set up a couple of traps and came back a few weeks later to make sure they were empty (which thankfully they were). The first time I used Nature's Own Exterminating, 2 years ago, the owner Curtis did the work. I was very impressed with his work ethic/dress code and personality and I have not seen a 'bug' in 2 years. The price is very good. They use more organic compounds instead of highly chemical ones. They are very great. They have been proactive. But because of the weather, they needed to reschedule so they left me now. The initial contact was a little bit difficult but they did try to reach me back. They show up on the days they say they're going to.

When we realized that the noises we heard were unwanted "visitors" (as opposed to cats scurrying about the house), we were happy to come across the Angie's List deal for Nature's Own Exterminating. The man who took care of our house (I want to say John) mostly dealt with my husband, but I know he was here several times to check and clear rodent traps and he screened off some areas to keep out rodents in the future. It's been about four months since he was last here, and we're quite happy with the results.

The service technician, Mr. John Tyler, was one of the most professional and courteous service technicians I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgable and performed his work with the utmost speed and professionalism taking into account my schedule and needs. His inspection was very thorough and he walked me through every step of what he was doing including showing me all the areas where animal infiltration was occuring or could occur. After securing the premises, he showed me the work and allowed me to inspect it. He also was observant to other issues, including the carpenter bee issue which I was not aware of until he showed me. I appreciated the work that he did and would absolutely use this service again in the future.

I got them off of Angie's List. There was a big deal. They were very polite. They were willing to travel to do my extermination. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The price was reasonable. They provided an excellent service. I like them because they don't use toxic chemicals. I would definitely use them again in the future too.

They provide quarterly service, which is all organic. He uses oils and things; we have parrots, and birds are very sensitive to certain chemicals. He can pick the flavor for me; we used to get wintergreen, so the house would smell like wintergreen with bug spray. He comes fairly regularly and does good work. It has worked really well. We don?t have any trouble with pests and bugs. He is a real nice guy, but the only issue we have had is that he is not most efficient about coming out; sometimes we have to call him and remind him to come out; in fact, I would like him to remind me that it is time to set up an appointment. If the work has not been effective enough, he is ready to come right back out. The price is fine. I would continue to use him in the future; in fact, he is due to come right about now.

After Curtis treated the house about 6 months ago, with perhaps an exception or two, we have seen only dead or nearly dead roaches and that was early on and Curtis had told us to expect this.

This company is very good with cleaning up after the pest activity. I can tell that he cares about his job and he performs his job with great accuracy. He is very personable and relates to people very well, making them feel comfortable. He is conscientious of what he is doing, making sure the problem is solved.

I got the 60 day guarantee exterminating on interior and exterior of my house. It has really helped with the roaches and ants. I love that it is all natural. Curtis was so nice and didn t give me the sales pitch that all the others did. He was friendly and knowledgeable, too. He also gave me tips for preventing additional problems and rodent problems when he noticed things I could fix on my own.

Curtis was professional and polite. We were just moving in and have four parrots and a dog so want something that will control the pests yet be safe for our birds. Curtis was on time and efficient, also very pleasant. His products have certainly produced a large amount of dead bugs for us!! This house has been empty for about 4 months so we knew there were pests around. We contracted for initial service and then a quarterly service.

Curtis was very professional. He answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns. He gathered information to understand exactly what type of pest problem we were having. He was prompt; in fact, early. The pesticide was actually pleasant smelling and very effective. We have a low tolerance for pests, and he happily returned a month or so later when we saw a few pests. (I think the lifecycle of the pests lead to the recurrence) He contacts us every three months to schedule a time that is convenient for us. Scheduling is easy, they have been able to accommodate the time I have suggested each time I have scheduled.
