Nature's Own Exterminating

Squirrels had somehow found a way into our attic last winter. Because of the damage that they can potentially do to the house and the diseases that they carry, we needed help asap to safely remove them and ensure that they can't come back. Our dog was also driving us crazy with his barking every time the squirrels would have their loud "parties" in the attic. Nature's Own Exterminating came to the rescue and was very professional. They performed the squirrel trap/removal and sealed the gable vents. Here we are 5 months later and the squirrels haven't been back ever since. I would recommend NOE's service. And I thought their pricing was fair for the work they did.

He drove the squirrels out of my attic by making a lot of noise and scaring them. It took almost 8 hours to get all of the out. He put steel around the house and filled in all of the holes to keep animals out in the future. He was a perfectionist, he was polite and called ahead of his appointment. He really took his time and even gave me an Angie’s List discount. Everything looks great and he did a wonderful job.

It was difficult at first to get someone from the service to arrange a date for them to come and do the work. The technician was on vacation and someone did not follow up with a phone call but when they did come they did an excellent job. The scheduling was not a big concern because I was not in that big a hurry. I just like to be notified of what is going on.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and the service went just fine. Everything was fine and they did a good job. I didn’t spend anything more than the big deal amount. My experience with them was fine. They came in and they did what they needed to do. They were on time and they were a good company. The people that came out to do the work for me were professional.

They completed the job in 1 day. The rodents did make an appearance again during the 30 day guarantee, so I called the company and they came back to seal up any more entry points, free of charge. Rodents haven't been seen since.

All was fine. They are a little slow at returning calls. Initially, it took them a few days to get back to me. Other than that, I'm pleased.

I'm very satisfied with the service. The service person was friendly and knowledgeable. On the first visit he found where the rats were coming in and patched the holes on the outside at the foundation with cement. The rats were able to dig through the not-quite-dry cement later on and come in again, so he came back and patched again, reinforcing it with screen and more cement. In all he made four visits and all rats are gone now. All work was completed under the terms of my original coupon purchase, no extra charges.

I live next to an abandoned house due to be renovated; I also have evidence of rodents burrowing around, but not under, the foundation. I wanted to seal vents and other entry points into the crawl space, so I hired Nature's Own. He proved quite busy, but kept the appointment. He sealed the holes and other possible entrances and left traps. Happily, nothing set the traps off. When he returned, something had busted through the seal on one concrete block, but he resealed it with concrete. This turned out to be a feral cat that I later let out after realizing the meowing under the house was exactly that - meowing under the house. Needless to say, there was life in the crawl space, but not rodent life. Today he arrived ahead of schedule and checked out the traps. Again, the findings were negative, which is a great thing. I am pleased. He also gave pointers on dealing with the eventual migration from the rehabbing of the house into my property, so I now have bait boxes scattered around the house. Hopefully nothing will bother my house or my summer garden.

I don't know how these guys could have been any better. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for a reasonable price. They were always informative and friendly. And it has been several months and so far no animals have returned.

Very friendly, professional. He made several visits to ensure the job was complete plus offered a warranty on any return guests. This was done over one year ago so my $ spent may not be correct. Here's what I know, it was worth every dollar we spent to get rid of the night noises in our attic.

From start to finish the communication, work, and overall experience was great. We worked with Mr. John Tyler, who could not have been more professional. He was very knowledgeable in fielding my questions. He was very efficient in doing his work and always made sure he cleaned up before he left. When it was discovered that the builder had left a major opening from our front porch into our basement, we were given a very reasonable estimate for him to come back and have that done. I am grateful that Mr. Tyler thoroughly investigated to find out that problem! It has been a year now since Mr. Tyler was here and I cannot be happier knowing that he did an excellent job in keeping out the critters! Every penny was worth the peace of mind that I now have! Provided very courteous, efficient and effective professional service as promised.

Curtis arrived at the scheduled time and performed a very good ground level exterior examination of the house locating several potential areas a rodent might enter the basement. He returned the next day and sealed those areas against intrusion. He also made a less through basement interior exam of how rodents might gain entry into the living quatrters. I was a bit disappointed in the interior exam but did not press the issue as the exterior part was most important. I would hire them again for other aspects of their work.

I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I were with this company. Our exterminator, Curtis, was very profesoinal and personable. My wife is deathly afraid of Rats and Curtis did an great job of making her feel better about this whole situation. He truly went above and beyond. He took extra care to explain everything to us and again, just did an amazing job. I would reccomend Curtis and Nature's own to anyone who ever needs this service. Thanks Curtis!

At this point, Curtis as returned twice to check traps. One rodent was found dead. Reinstalled traps and rodent is still in the attic after three weeks. Our original call was to REMOVE the rodents and instead we paid for a project to keep out further unwanted visitors but what is remaining is still trapped. We are concerned with electrical damage this rodent could cause. We want our original request completed. At this point, it has not. Very unhappy with the outcome. We don't think we are unreasonable in asking the original call for assistance be completed.

They were able to schedule the appt. that day, were punctual and reasonably priced, compared to several other companies that I called. They also gave me quotes on a carpenter bee treatment and pest control whole home exclusion treatment, both of which I plan to do because the quotes seemed reasonable and I was impressed by the professionalism of the technician.

It was wonderful. The technician was kind. He asked me question to help him do his job. He gave me helpful suggestions. He even took pictures for my blog, "Moms for the Earth". Everyone from the person answering the phone to the technician was helpful, kind and curteous. I WILL use them again and again.

We contacted them and they came out to do the inspection. They answered all of our questions. We then scheduled them to come out and do the work. They did not complete the work on that day as they expected, but returned the next business day to complete the work. They then returned a few days later to pick up the traps they set.

I called them on Tuesday (the week of Thanksgiving) and was able to have someone come out on Friday. I recently bought a house and was noticing that I kept finding wasps (live ones) in my house...both upstairs and downstairs. So a technician came out and inspected the house, offered solutions and in the end I had him spary the entire house both inside and outside. He was really good at explaining the problem, where it may be coming from and giving me my options, including what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring in the future. He was extremely professional too. Since then, I have not had any problems. I am really happy with this company and the service they provided.

Very courteous and professional experience from setting up the appointment to doing the work. John Tyler did the treatment in our home inside and out and was prompt and has a very professional manner. Like the organic product they use. Has been effective - only seen one or 2 bugs and they were both dead. Definitely recommend.

They were punctual and thorough. Couldn't really fix our more extensive roof holes or our ineffective crawlspace door during this visit but offered to come back and reinspect us after we had had those fixed. We didn't follow up on that.
