Provider came to the home at the agreed apron time, he was very friendly and efficient, I was disappointed that I was told the company would keep in contact weekly until the problem was taken care of, They never called again after the first visit and we are still having problems a month later. I will probably hiring another company to come back out and help us figure out how to get rid of these rodents.

I thought the exterminator was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and I appreciated his use of more modern card scanning and business technology. The house actually smelled refreshing for days, I felt confident that it was a much healthier situation, and best of all - it has worked! I look forward to calling on them again when my house needs a refresher? whenever that may be!

They came out within a few days of me purchasing the deal and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. They came out and inspected all of the openings like vents and so on and they found one vent that had been pushed in and they repaired it which was good because I've had other handymen to come and they couldn't fix it. They also laid a trap and asked me to let them know if they catch anything. They didn't try to push any additional services as well as told me other things that I could have done but not right now. they were polite and professional and I was very pleased.

We didn’t ask them to come out right away but when we did call they came out right away. He went down our crawl space and found out that we had some vent screen that hadn't been installed correctly .He addressed what the issues were then he put some traps out. He offered to come back and to check the traps but we said he didn’t have to do that. He did everything we wanted him to do and it did resolve the problem.

Inspected outside and attic. No rodent activity found.

They were very nice and very responsive. I encountered a wasp's nest when trimming shrubbery and called Nature's Own because of their policy of using the least toxic solution to pest problems. Someone came the next day, sprayed the nest and inspected the rest of the house to make sure that there were no more wasps. He was very professional and informative. I will certainly call Nature's Own again if I have another pest problem.

It worked well, I would use them again. The gentleman who came out was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

The provider never scheduled a service visit or agreed on a price. He visited the house at an unexpected (not scheduled) date and time. He never called before the actual visit to ask if there is anyone at the house etc. He installed a device at the house without permission. He quoted for his service afterwards. The provider was asked to remove the device. He never scheduled the visit. He never called before this actual second visit to ask if there is anyone at the house etc. We at the time had a visitor staying at the house. At that time she happened to be at the deck. He entered from the backyard and encounter our unsuspecting visitor at the house at the deck and asked them to open the house. He never called the owner to tell us he is visiting or needs access to the house. Avoid this provider at any cost.

He showed up for an assessment and that only took about 30 mins. It was a bit pricey but I didn't call around to price compare either. The following week he came by while I was at work to get started. It took about 8 hours to complete. Afterwards he told me that he would stop by once a week for the next 3 weeks to make sure that there weren't any nesting in the house. He followed through with his word.

It turned out well. They were friendly and professional. I thought the pricing was fair.

After examing for critters which were not in the atti the tim . He checked the foundation openings for entry. None were found, surprising ! They are very distrubing, moving around a lot. He shared how the company could put up around the evaes a protective metatl barrier,so there would"nt be any entrance points. ty only thing that I have seen in my yard was a very Tall Squirrel, not the ones that are small and grayish. This squirrel is brownish gray with extra long bushy tail with grayish on the end. Now there is a family.

It went really well. I would definitely use them again, they were really good. They were probably the second or third rodent exterminators out there for a quote. That was actually a great deal. I was having rats on a rental property, so I had a couple of exterminators go out there to give a quote and every one of them was well over $1000. Some of them were partial exclusions (they just did the bottom part of the estate) and some of them included the roofline. Some of them said that I needed to do the roofline. This guy that came out from Nature's Own inspected the roofline and said that we did not need that because I had a new roof and said that the roofers did a good job with the flashing and I didn't need to do that (which was what I thought as well). They did the exclusion on the house, they were quick, and I never really had any rats after that.

So Far it is a work in progress. They have always followed up when we have an issue and continue to check the traps. We have seen a reduction in rodent activity and soon we hope to be free of those little pests!

The Nature's Own representative came on time and presented very professionally. They did their work and followed up when we called for them. We are still pest-free at this time. We are very satisfied with Nature's Own work.

He was great! Knowledgeable and reassuring. He looked around the whole house to look for entry points and found the one used. He then set a couple of traps and explained how they worked. He gave me his number and said he would be back to check the trap and gave me the return date and time. He came back when he said he would, found the mouse in the trap and disposed of the mouse. He told me call if we see any more signs of mice.

I had found evidence of a rodent in my home. They came and checked my foundation and plugged up all possible entry points. I did heard something in the wall and they came out again and set a trap. Nothing was caught. There is a 5 year guarantee and I know if I hear something again I will give them a call!

Everything went well. They were very professional, courteous, and prompt. We had already done a decent job of trying to exclude the rodents ourselves and they helped add another layer of defense.

He came and looked in the attic. He informed me that the package was not appropriate for townhouses. The tech was good.

The technician arrived as scheduled and reviewed my crawlspace. He fixed 2 small issues and identified the major problem which was the rats were chewing through the flexible hvac pipes underneath a sunroom that was outside of the secured crawlspace area. He said that after I had that repaired to call and he would return and start the trapping process. After I had the repairs done, I called and he came out on 6/10, placed the traps and said he would be back in a week. I expressed concern about odors if the traps were sucessful and he said he would be back before that would be a problem. When I had not heard from him a week and a half later I called and left him a message. He called back the next day (6/21) and said he was too busy to come out until the next week. I expressed concern again about the potential odor problems and he admitted that if rats had been trapped they would be smelling soon but he didn't think there were any there. In any event, he would not come out until this week ( week of 6/24). I have not heard from him this morning (6/24) In short, I am very disappointed with the professionalism of this company. I paid for the package up front and expected to get prompt, complete service. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball on completing the process. As it turned out, there were no rats trapped but the technician did not know that. If I had wanted to deal with the traps myself, I would not have paid for the service.

Installed flashing. Set and cleaned baited traps. Offered suggestions for cleaning up the rodent poop. Service came with five year warranty.

It turned out good and I would recommend them. I didn't actually have any rodent issues, but I did get my house sprayed for bugs. I sometimes had little water-bugs and maybe some ants every now and then, but literally all the bugs ceased. They did a good job and were good with their spraying.

We are very satisfied with Nature's Own's services. We have not seen an ant or bug inside the house since he sprayed (except spiders, which cannot be helped). There was a strong smell inside the house for a day or two, which we did not expect as other services have been odorless, but we did not ask for odorless posion, so we can't blame him. We give this company an A on all items.
