Description of Work: A technician came and look professional and responsible. He did not wish do my service due to my attic is too large to do for the price I paid. They agree to refund my payment and I don't have problem with it.

Description of Work: original visit checked perimeter, indicated needed to seal off possible entrances using wire barriers and cement. additional money not covered in initial payment of 189. came back due to continued activity, applied more cement, checked for other potential entrances. indicated vermin were extremely aggressive and bait traps were necessary. made more than three trips to resolve issue. I was expecting to trap the vermin that was now unable to leave, due to being trap shy (used standard and glue traps) this never happened. Faint odor and finally no droppings, I believe the vermin is dead or gone. I have waited to write a review to make sure of results. Bottom line, the result is I currently have no problem and am looking forward to this continuing. I

It went great overall.
Description of Work: John was very professional and did a good job spraying the house. They came out three times for the year and never saw one bug. I have pets so they are very pet safe. I would have signed up again but the $199 was only for new customers and I could not get that deal again. If they would have gave me a cheaper price the second time I would have used them again this year.

Description of Work: They were very courteous and prompt. I had squuirels in the attic and mice in the basement. They spnt the full day sealing up the house and setting traps. I feel as though they did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I have problems with critters in my crawlspace. Technician came out and inspected, stapled wire mesh around gaps in doorways, which were not very effective. Said he'd come back and check - never followed up.

My apologies Customer, if you did not receive my messages on 1/9/12 and 1/23/12, the days in which I returned to check the traps. You were not home on neither occasions. On the latter date, there wasn't any rodents trapped, so I assumed your problems were over. Sometimes rodents will chew another way in. If you are still having trouble with them, I will be glad to come back to inspect again. You do have a 5 year guarantee on the work performed. Give us a call at anytime. Better yet, I will call you.
