To me it was a huge relief to have an actual person to talk to and show my problems. He was very good at explaining and getting me trained on both software and hardware. He was very patient.
Do's: Don't try to dismiss problems thinking they will go away. They won't
Don't: Expect him to perform miracles. If you spill coffee on your keyboard, he more than likely can't fix it.
Try to call ahead for an appointment. He will either come to your home or dial in. His fee is $190.00 for a two-hour minimum rate but let's you use up the leftover time in the future). The price was inline with other computer gurus I have used, but money well-spent. I was fortunate that he was free to help me on the spot.
