Atlanta Star Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. I previously called three other plumbing services before I called Atlanta Star Plumbing. The previous places I called were sufficiently sub-adequate. They never called me back after multiple phone calls and were extremely unprofessional. I made one call to Atlanta Star Plumbing and made an appointment the next day. Britt came out to the house and was extremely professional. He worked effectively and efficiently to fix the issue. Britt came back out later in the week when I was available after he ordered a part and finished up the job then with no issues. I can honestly say that I have no complaints with their service. My toilet is now working fine. The process was very easy. I highly recommend and would use again if any other plumbing issues arise.

James was incredible. He explained everything to me. I needed help before a Thanksgiving dinner and they came out the same day. I will definitely use them again.

Got 3 estimates and his was the lowest. Showed up on time right when he said he would be. Everything went just as it should go. Cleaned up after himself, very neat. Answered and gave explanations for all my questions. Most definitely would use them again in the future!

On 7/25/2013, Britt came the morning after we called and replaced our leaking garbage disposer with a new more powerful one. He has done many jobs for us including all the plumbing for the 2006 remodeling of our two bathrooms. He even re-did our new drain system to make it simpler and more efficient when a colleague created a overly complex system. He's snaked several of our drains when clogged, replaced an older toilet with a water-effecient one, improved the standing pipe system (which would sometimes overflow) in the basement when we installed a new washer. Every job has been careful, thorough, and well-thought out. We know we can trust Britt to do a well-designed, high quality job.
