We think we like how it looks, but it was a painful process, took longer by 4 weeks (6 week total), cost overrun by $2k. Poor project mgmt, poor time mgmt. Poor communications. Not enough manpower. Supposed to pay 1/2 at hiring, 1/2 on final. We had to write two interim checks to keep the project going. There are many things we have to do to finish the project on our own because we did not want to make this more complicated. We are seniors and still have alot of manual labor ahead. Sigh.

Representative checked all the sprinklers, reset the control box, and replaced a sprinkler. All work completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

While the promise was made to "be there at 9:30AM", it wasn't until after 3:00PM, we had to leave for a lunch date at 1PM and expected to be home by 2:30 - 300PM. But after that delay, they were work, work, work, didn't waste time and did an excellent job with much detail taken care of. We are very pleased!

I wasn't happy the preperation of the ground prior to laying the sod. The ground wasn't fertilized first. Tim wanted to charge me extra to remove the pile of dirt created from the ground preperation. I said No.

Get a schedule for the project in writing. The contractor worked very hard once the materials he needed to perform it arrived from his vendors - about 6 weeks later than originally quoted. The delay required my wife and I to develop work-arounds for other projects that depended on the landscape work being done as quoted. The contractor acknowledged his delays and did a very good job in the end, but he knows that I was not fully satisfied.

Sloppy work. Left grass uncut in some areas. Didn't edge. Had to call attention to that. Left limbs and debris in back of yard. Put trimmings in my ditch.

Work was great however, did not start on scheduled date.

did not perform the job as stated, asked for trees to be dug up with roots to replant and they destroys the tree roots also charges $85.00 to trim Palm tree and left the trimmings, was to pull up picker bush by roots, just used weed eater and spray. Then was confrontational when I was unhappy with service. Very bad business ethics. Just wanted money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tim contacted me immediately once my request was placed on HomeAdvisor. Despite my inability to adequately describe of the type of landscape I wanted, Tim's plan for the yard included everything I desired. I quickly learned to listen to his suggestions, as it was obvious he had a better feeling for our new home and barren landscape than I did. I am so glad I did! Am I glad I hired One Source Pros? Yes! Am I happy with the plan and quality of their work? Definitely! Would I recommend them to a friend or neighbor? I already have!

The crew was very good and didn't take a break they came early and accomplished what I needed done, will hire them again.

I would recommend this company because they did an excellent job on clearing leaves. They also trimmed trees, and hedges, which I was not aware that was included. I was so pleased with the work that they did. I am making them my regular lawn maintenance professionals. Thank you Tim and crew.
