The condo was empty so there was just the cleaning of the windows, closet shelves, counters and mirrors. He arrived at the scheduled time. After several hours of work he said he was done. Noted windows and toilet were still dirty. I discussed windows and toilet with him and he said he could not get them clean. Found shelves were still dirty, construction dirt still in corners of the counters after he left and did not discuss with him. My son went in the next day and spent some time and elbow grease getting the place cleaned like I expected it to be done from the professional. Stains in toilet and on shelves were removed and windows were cleaned. It just took the willingness to exert himself. Would not rehire. Too expensive for the quality of the work done. They basically did a light dusting, vacuuming and poor window cleaning.
