Description of Work: I used them to sell my home and purchase a townhome. I went with them for I was offered a discounted selling commission. The selling process was uneventful. I had showings on any day with a night before notice. If someone wanted to see the home on short notice I would accomidate. The buying process was difficult. I had to ask repeatedly to see homes. If I was interested in a house I had better hurry for there were multiple buyers interested. One home I wanted to see a third time to measure. I was told I could not see the house again unless I was going to make an offer. The place I did make an offer on, the agent scheduled inspection and closing at her convenience and did not consult me. I work full time and cannot get off easily. I wanted additional inspections and it was clear that it was an imposition due to the agents appliance delivery or seminars. She did not even contact or schedule final walk through. I called the managing broker and they did nothing.
