Quick to respond. Home looked like new.

We had some issues with notification of work and management of contractors. However, the company made sure it was ultimately all done right. Overall, a very good job.

They were quick to respond, polite crews and very efficient. Great job, would hire again.

They were very professional. Always on time. The project took an extra day and I was not charged any extra.

Chris came out and was so professional. The painters they sent were right on time, polite. But in the end- I can only describe the work as sloppy. This project included wallpaper removal in kitchen and bath, kitchen cabinet painting, and all over trim painting. The trim work was good. The wall repair was really sub par. They came back out and did some touch ups at my request. But even then, it still doesn't look great. My friends have said it looks like I did it myself. They did stick to the quote, did it in the time they said, and were trustworthy and always on time. But no I would not refer them- the work speaks for itself.

They were great; they were fast, efficient and resonably priced. Our neighbors said our home looks like a "new" house.

Very responsive and a good value. They worked with us on some changing needs during the project, and were courteous and professional. The work quality was not perfect, but it was certainly good. I would use them again.

Chris has been very easy to work with, very flexible about the start date of the project. We had some issues with the team that he sent over to our house - tardiness, unprofessional, didn't finish the project on time and caused minor damages. However, Chris did talk to us in depth about the issues we had and compensated us for the same. We appreciated his positive customer service and attitude after the project was completed.

Complete disaster. First, The Painting Company uses independant contractors to do the work, not regular employees. Second, the consultant, Chris, never communicated to the painters what we agreed upon and what the price quote was based on. The first crew Chris sent out got more paint on the floor, ceiling, and light fixtures than they did the walls. The second crew was outstanding but did what they thought needed to be done rather than what I agreed on with Chris. So, after 7 days to paint 7 rooms, we settled on the job as finished. The good news is that because of this experience, we will never again hire a painter-we'll do it ourselves.

We started out on the wrong foot, the painters were late. Once there, however, they were very apologetic and started working immedicately. The efficient manner in which they worked and their professionalism more than made up for their tardiness. We were satisfied with the painters and extermely satisfied with the quality of their work!!
