Quick response On time and professional

Fifteen minutes after my appointment time, I called to see where they were. They had the driver call me and tell me he would be 45 minutes late from my original appointment time, although no real reason was provided. Then I got another call and was told it would be another 15 minutes. Thus they did not arrive for my 3:00 pm appointment until 4:15pm. I had already spoken to Mr. Bettis when I scheduled the appointment and aexplained my problem. He advised it would cost $150. When the service tech arrived he did not mention a price or quote so when I asked him he stated it would probably be "under $300." No consideration for his lateness!! Then he advised that he would look at one switch and give me a more accurate quote before going any further. After not hearing from him for almost 30 minutes, (after he had completed three switches), I asked him what the quote was and he stated $225, again no consideration for his lateness. Then to make matters worse, they did not have enough materials and had to go get more switches while I waited for them to go to the store. This entire experience was unprofessional and horrible. I will NEVER use them again and I would highly recommend you avoid them if you value service for your money.

They came in to just check my light fixture. Although, a ballast needs to be replaced, he remembered I want to replace it and said it could wait until the fixture can be changed out. It's scheduled for next week.

Responded within the hour of sending an email. Fan was installed the same day. Quickest service I've ever had!

Great service ! Prompt response. Installed recessed lighting, (can lights and under cabinet LED strips). Also installed 2 pendant lights and rewired outlets. The team was neat, friendly and quick. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

A excellent electrician with a functional moral compass. The work on my barn was promptly done and with exceptional skill. Everything looks great, and I now have a piece of mind knowing that my horses will be safe in their new enclosure - all wiring was run in conduit with ground fault protection.
