They scheduled my television repair and several days later when the television was to be repaired they refused to do it. I received emails during the wait time reminding me of the upcoming scheduled service. I did absolutely nothing during the waiting period therefore, I did nothing to cause the refusal.

I scheduled an appointment two days out and associate confirmed all information regarding name, address, tv. etc. I waited at the house for over 4 hrs and no one showed or called. Upon calling I was told my work order "slipped through the cracks" and was scheduled for another person. Since ALL the information was confirmed I don't understand how this is possible. Associate blamed it on a new hire, manager blamed it on work order issue. Must not be any follow up by technician either if they arrived at wrong house and issue wasn't discovered. Will not be scheduling with them again.

I'm an audiophile without the know-how to set up complex systems and for several years had struggled to get proper output from two-three sets of speakers but everything was muddy and low-fi. I've always enjoyed filling my house with music but realized it was starting to get me down to hear such poor quality, when I knew I had high quality components.  

Ben S. reconfigured settings and spoke with me in depth about the process so I could be learned too (I wanted to understand). He was efficient, knowledgeable and affable. He'd be the perfect Geek-y friend because he's relatable, as opposed to the geek who'll put you to sleep.

Ben S. also inspected several tv set-ups and configured Xfinity cable modems / boxes with Apple TV for the simplest and maximum operation. He shared some great tips about my cable service, that Comcast never has. Remember, he's employed with Best Buy, not Comcast.

Additionally, Ben S. isolated a problem wifi extender that was creating interference with my Asus router - now I am enjoying wifi throughout the house, just as Asus promised.

Not that I wish for any further equipment woes, but if I change equipment, I will swiftly ask for his return.  Ben S. is expert.

Provider was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and tested system to insure it was working properly.

It went exceptionally well.  This install required the technicians to run the wires through the attic into the media room in order to connect the TV and its components into the wall properly  It was a full day of work, but the technicians were patient.  Not only does my system function exceptionally well, but the TV, speakers all look great.  This required professional work by skilled technicians and I got just what I paid for.  I was also impressed because at many junctures during the install, the technicians consulted with me about the placement and of the components, as well as advised of any drawbacks with installing at any locations.  Because this job was done so well, I have since had the Geek Squad come to install my universal remote.  One of the same techs did the remote install and I got the same level of professionalism and quality service.

They even fixed my sound bar and sub woofer that I tried to hook up, for free.

I am very happy, so far, with most all of the installation.  I haven't yet used all the features but it seems they were clearly explained to me.  The only thing I'm unhappy with is that the cables in back are so tightly bound and tucked into a back board on my furniture that I am unable to reposition the TV or even slightly turn the turntable it is on.  I'm not sure if I, or a friend, can remedy this.  

I was unhappy, initially, that, when I made the purchase in-store, it was not explained to me that delivery and removal of the old TV did not include any installation, or an option for such.  I had to call back and schedule this and of course, pay the extra and then reschedule the removal for another time so that I was left with a TV to watch.   I felt the sales clerk knew what I wanted, as I mentioned several times that it had to be synched with other equipment, and that I wanted Geek Squad to do it.  She did not do this.

I have a long ranch-style home and the Xfinity box was installed downstairs, about as far away as you could get from where my home office is at one end of the house upstairs.  He installed the equipment needed to get a signal all over the house and was very professional, answered my questions, made sure everything worked before he left.  I had been dealing with poor wi fi signal for so long I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.  Well worth the price, which I thought was very reasonable and was a flat rate, not by the hour.

It took them longer than expected because the internet signal was not very strong.
They were very friendly and professional.
They explained every step they had to take to get it to work.
Apparently there was maybe a glitch in the new tv that wouldnt let it connect to the internet until it was hard wired.

The men that came out were very good! They were on time, professional, and they didn't mind going over all of my questions that I had concerning my new system. They even offered suggestions about things to get in the future for my system.

It went pretty well.  He diagnosed the problem quickly.  They ordered the part and installed it within 2 or 3 days.  He was very careful to handle the TV.  He was very professional.  The price was average.
