Rob Grafe and his crew were excellent. They arrived at my home as agreed. Work was started and finished as agreed. Best part, no price surprises ( imagine that!) and Rob did not do as so many contractorâ s do, he didnâ t â tie upâ the project for three weeks while doing someone elseâ s project. Refreshing indeed. Rob and his very fine crew arrived as agreed. They worked on our house tirelessly, efficiently, consciously, for several days, fulfilling every promise made on the contract. I WILL be using them to replace gutters in the Spring. Highly recommend thes men.

Robâ s team did a wonderful job repairing and replacing cedar siding on our dormers, chimneys and damaged cedar siding. Repaired several rotted windows to perfection. Rob Grafe was excellent, very knowledgably, quote was very competitive, never asked for any money upfront or deposit. He took on a job another contractor never finished. His carpenter did an amazing job, no corners were cut. I would highly recommend Rob Grafe for any outside home project and will defiantly keep him on my contact list for future projects.

Mr Gafe and his crew are very professional. They present a courteous approach from the beginning to finish. Mr Grafe was constantly communicating with me keeping me updated as the project took several days due to weather. No time was wasted as he and his crew took advantage of good weather to repair my fence and deck. He was concerned about the quality of the work. I could tell that he & the crew were on the same page as to what was expected in work & customer relations.

Rob is amazing and very considerate. He kept me informed throughout the job and made adjustments whenever I needed and didn't charge me any additional money. He even did extra when I didn't ask him to. I will be hiring him for more jobs in the future and would highly recommend his company.

Rob & crew exceeded our expectations! Rob was prompt when arriving to assess the job, and then when walking us through after the work was completed. He was very respectful of our time/schedule. The siding after the repairs looks amazing! The crew was very skilled,. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and will thoroughly screen for any potential problems, so your house will be in excellent hands! They restored the appearance & integrity of our house, and it looks phenomenal.

It was excellent service. All of the crew was friendly and nice. They worked professionally. I heard no profanity or cursing. They did exactly what Rob and I discussed. When they removed the gutters, they found additional rotten wood and replaced it also without an additional charge. I was truly satisfied the way that they installed the gutters. They added two additional downspouts because I requested them. They were mounted professionally. They worked some in the rain. They had to come back the next day to caulk, or seal the corners. They removed all old material and hauled it off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rob was very respectful. He fixed a corner of my house where the gutter had fallen off due to badly rotted wood. He cut out the bad pieces of wood and replaced with matching paint and new gutter. Everything looks great.

This is an all American that I believe to be honest with very fair prices. I personally think they would be hard to beat. They also took care of a few problems that had nothing to do with the gutters at no extra cost. Would I use them again? You can bet your bottom dollar that I would. (Thatâ  s my story and Iâ  m sticking to it )
