Very professional

Rob Grafe and Company were very professional and personable. I was really happy to find such a Company that really cared about their customers, which made me feel that they were trustworthy, plus they also knew their profession. Rob and his crew were awesome, they were very patient with explaining from start to finish what was the best building material to buy which (saved me money) and also explaining which design would look best with the space I had. Seriously, I would definitely refer them to anyone wanting a beautiful composite deck built in a timely manner and with such experienced people.

Rob responded quickly and we had our project inspected and quoted the next day. Work started the following week. His crew were wonderful, professional, experts at their craft. Completed all the work in one day. Happy wife, Happy Life.

Rob was completely professional, giving me a perfect fence, paying particular attention to my holly bushes that the fence was placed next to. He asked his employees to pay attention to not damaging my roots and they used a post hole digger and saw to cause as minimal damage as they could. Highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone ...Totally professional owner and employees. His price for this fence was very reasonable. Thank you Rob.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job on our gutters. Everyone was respectful and communicated throughly with us. I went with black gutters per Robâ s suggestion and it looks great on my house. We will be using him again for future projects!

I hired rob to do some siding work along with some sofit, facia board and new gutter install. The siding work came out great, the paint job matched old paint. The sofit and facia board work turned out beautiful. My problem is with the gutter work. At first i was impressed so i said let me test it. I found a leak on the left side end cap so they came out and fixed it then i noticed the corner piece on that same side leak also so they came back a 2nd time. During that visit they fixed a leveling issue on the right side. It honestly doesnt look right cause the gutter hangs below facia board but i left it alone. Today with the light rain i heard a drip and noticed the right side corner is leaking. I dont intend on calling them back for a 3rd time to fix. I think rob is great, his communication is great. Before he did a final inspection his team walked around and made sure everything was clean. If it wasn't for issues with gutters I'd give him 5 stars but I'd have to knock it down to 3 stars for the 3 call backs and now another leak.

This was extensive remodeling Job that took several weeks to complete. He was the first out of thirteen earlier estimates that was truly licensed, bonded and had verifiable workers comp insurance. His â Tonyâ crew was excellent and were all skilled. Several suggestions and modifications were made along the way and Robert (owner) took the time to accommodate all of them.
