Lights not dusted and some dead bugs along baseboards still remained. Tile floors not mopped (paper towel came up black). Not sure how much else was not done. Tub was cleaned and bathrooms appeared to be okay. They were gone after 4 hours. My $300 now translates into $37.50 per hour per person (translates to over $70,000 a year?) I called the owner the next day to advise of my disappointment and indicated that no further action was required but that I did not feel that the service provided matched the service promised. I thought I might at least get an apology phone call but I did not. Therefore, I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Cleaning of empty house prior to move in. House was actually pretty clean already but had been empty for several months. Service to be performed was described as similar to an "auto detailing" every blind and light to be dusted, floors cleaned vacuumed. Prior to quote it was noted that dead bugs around baseboards needed to be vacuumed. It was indicated that it would take two people eight hours to complete. Price of $300 would be $18.75 per hour per person which seemed reasonable.
