Lawn was aerated as agreed to. The entire process from arrival, pricing, actual work, and communication could not have been better.

Lonell and his helper were extremely professional, and they arrived right in time. They were able to provide my service within a week as well as returning my phone call inquiring on de-thatching within a couple of hours, which was on a Saturday. I highly recommend this company!

Lawn Aeration. Fast response, punctual and service was performed to my expectations.

He did the aeration 12/1 and now it's the 12th and no grass yet, although I've been watering every day, which is going to cost me a fortune. Usually grass is coming up at 10-12 days. I wasn't home when work was done, so i don't know how much seed was put down. I've had planting done in December before, and it was fine because i watered everyday. I guess we'll see what happens.

Mr Warner provides excellent customer service. He is very professional, prompt does what he says he will do . We have been using his service for two years. Our lawn was getting better until the rain washed weed pods back into the lawn. He explains what he is doing and offers suggestions on what needs to be done to have a greener, thicker lawn. He did the aeration and advise me what seeds and fertilizer to sprinkle on the lawn so I can get my lawn healthy.

THE COMPANY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD AERATION ON MY LAWN. I WATCHED THE AERATION WORK BEING DONE AND BUT THEY DID NOT COVER THE ENTIRE LAWN AFTER REVIEWING THE VIDEO THAT WAS BEING TAKEN WHILE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND DID NOT USE A BIG ENOUGH BAG OF SEED OR VOLUNTEER TO EXPLAIN WHAT PRODUCT HE WAS APPLYING., i NORMALLY DO MY AERATION VIA RENTING THE EQUIPMENT BUT DECIDED TO TRY THIS COMPANY AND WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH NOT SEEING AERATION PLUG HOLES OVER THE BARE SPOTS.
