DO NOT USE WARNER LAWN SERVICE. First of all, we had to buy our own product and We ending up buying seed, fertilizer, and lime that covered up to 5,000 sq ft. since our lawn was half of that. When we got home we learned that they either used the ENTIRE bags or they used some of the bag and took the rest. Upon inspecting the yard, the quality of work was terrible. We had two different lawn companies come out to inspect the work that was done and they told me that overseeding and unequal distribution had occurred during the application done by Warner's and that we had essentially just wasted money. We are highly disappointed in their service. There was no germination or growth period. Save your money and go somewhere else.
