The guy, Deionte, did an excellent job. He was very careful not to leave a mess. I was so impressed with his workmanship. I would definitely recommend him and this company. We are so pleased with the results.

Management needs to know the right materals for installers. Salesperson Mr. Clarence did a great job. But, It took 3 times to install the right materials in more than a month. The first installer did not care enough to finish the project, leaving a poor job. Finally, the great Mr. Sean Garrett and Kevin Guzmán, (installers) did a spectacular, flawless job. Recommend the company they should have customer service and top notch installers like Sean. Excellent job. Logistic need to step up.

Eric Thomas was awesome . If I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would . He was the nicest and so helpful to our family . He worked all day on our shower . He definitely deserves a 10 star

Eric Thomas and Arron Buick were both awesome to work with during the installation. Both gentlemen were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional from start to finish of the installation. They always asked my preference and suggestions for decisions I needed to make. Very glad these 2 gentlemen were the team to install my tub to shower conversion!

Eric and Arron worked hard all day ! Both were courteous and extremely efficient!!! They did beautiful work!!!! When they left, the bathroom was left cleaner than before they started!!

Distance and Aaron were excellent here on time and finished early and did a five star excellent job and I highly recommend them

Shout out to West Shore Home! While installing my shower, they ran into a problem with the floor joist and where the drain was located in the shower pan. To make my shower look right, they will have to order a custom pan. They are still going to install my shower today and come back to redo it when the custom pan gets in, so I donâ t have to go 3 months without a shower! THIS, my friends, is how business should be done! Who you select to do home remodels matters!!

Changed a cast iron tub to a beautiful updated shower. Needed for safety and appearance. I was informed of everything done, I picked what I wanted. Thought the price would have been less. But I needed it done. Guys that came out were very polite and helpful, loved the finished product.

Will R and Frank did an amazing job with our shower! They were very efficient, professional and thorough. They made sure to go above and beyond to give us the results for which we were looking. Not only were they beyond competent with their work, but they also made sure to clean up my property. I am extremely happy with the shower which they've installed. They turned my 1950's bathroom into a modern one in such little time with such efficiency. I'm absolutely thrilled to use it!
