I ordered a custom made size and the wait time was less than quoted. Jon and Landon were professional and left my house as clean as they found it. I cannot say anything about the price as no other company would give a price when they would come to my house to look at the job. They would have to get back to me. This company does not provide workers with materials to cover your toilet or faucet before removing walls. We had a bully salesman , who just could not accept his own mistakes ,whose behavior prompted a complaint. The company apologized and corrected the issue after several phone calls and a business bureau complaint. While signing documents for financing there were a few technical difficulties and the staff assumed there was lack of technology skills. Calling the finance service itself it was the staff at west home shore who should have known the limitations of the financial company platform and its functioning with different browsers. The sales personnel should be trained to work with families who have individuals with chronic conditions where a shower remodel is not because we are searching the shower of our â dreamsâ but a safe place. Please also train your salesperson to be aware of biases. The installation workers were respectful and did their best to clean the place considering they did not have all what was needed to cover toilet and furniture in the bathroom. Other staff during phone calls were cordial and tried to handle the complaint professionally. . Thank you for the experience I learned a lot and will choose better next time.

Project looks great. There were a few issues along the way, but the lead worker Eric Thomas was accommodating and explained the process and was willing to work with a homeowner who was concerned about people tearing up her bathroom.
