Will R.,Trevon, and Marcus removed my garden tub and installed a new shower in its place, They were prompt, professional, and took care to not damage surrounding areas. The shower is beautiful.

Great customer service with Alo and Shamaah, excellent work completed the same day.

Chris, our salesperson and Macon and Abraham, our installers were all amazing. The only issue was the phone reps calling after 5 pm the day before our install requesting to reschedule until Monday. This was absolutely not acceptable as we had to rearrange schedules to honor the arrangements.

The person that did the work was phenomenal. Sean Garrett was fantastic. The electricity in my neighborhood went out at noon and because of his preparedness he was able to complete all but the installation of the shower doors which needed specific cuts for installation and no power for the saw. The electricity finally came on at 7:30pm. By then due to State Regulations Mr. Garrett was unable to continue. But with the lights on it was amazing to see the work he was able to accomplish with what he had available to him. I am beyond pleased with the work and service. Mr. Garrett explained everything to me and gladly answered all my questions through out the process. I highly recommend Mr. Sean Garrett. I hope he is still with the company when I get ready to do the other bathroom.

Seamless! They were on time, explained procedure and timeline to get the job done, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and and completed the job earlier than expected. They also provided maintenance tips and a thorough cleanup .
