Macon, frank, and Nico were very professional and clean while installing the shower. DJ went out of his way to make sure we were happy and gave us the best customer service weâ ve ever had. They all went beyond the call of duty to make us happy!

Shamaah and Ian were very professional installers . They did an excellent job removing our tub and shower combo and replacing it with a walk-in shower. They both were very knowledgeable about their jobs. They also did a great clean up job. I give an 5+ rating to these installers.

Darrell from West Shore Home repaired the custom shower I had installed by West Shore. The silicone sealer was leaking and mold was setting in. He repaired it all in a timely manner, vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. He is a professional and conscientious in his work. Thank you, Darrell!

The pan of the upstairs shower install separated. I had two showers done on the same day. Customer service did respond to the issue in a reasonable way. The install techs were greatâ ¦ Macon and Frank were great. Id recommend them anytime. The remaining question concerns the quality of the materials. Time will tell

We are very pleased with the work Macon and Frank did for today. They did an excellent job! We had the shower/bathtub replaced with a shower in our guest bathroom. The shower and fixtures look wonderful! We definitely would recommend them and West Shore, our entire experience from start to finish has been very smooth. Thanks to very one that was involved!

Will R., John and Frank from WestShore Homes was very friendly yet professional. They explained everything that was being done as well as asked me my preference to place items, ( bars inside shower and shelves). The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I'm very pleased with the work they did and highly recommended this company.

David, Ian and Jeff were punctual and did an amazing job at removing our garden tub shower combo and putting in a walk in shower. They were an amazing bunch to work with.

Alan G & Eric T were the installing team sent to create my project- remove the current shower and bathtub then install a replacement custom built shower. They worked meticulously to complete my home project. They are professional and courteous. They reviewed the project plans before setting up to start and presented the completed project as well as patiently answered my questions. I absolutely praise their work ethics. The installation was during a flood warning with lots of rain. The guys placed floor covers to protect the home floors (there arenâ t any tracks of mud anywhere)! And I am so impressed with my replacement shower! Thank you so much Alan and Eric for bringing my shower project into fruition! My new shower is AWESOME! Kudos :-)

Great to work with, from sales to the installation crew. Honest, didn't try to sell me what I didn't need, got the job done very fast and with minimal disruption to my day.
