Jamison and Theo were very professional. They finished the job in one day as advertised. They knew what they were doing in removing the old bathroom without any damage to our home. They cleaned up very well after completing the job. Jamison and Theo installed the new product just as the plans and drawings specified.

My installers Alan G. and Eric T. were total professionals - arrived timely, kept a clean workspace, were friendly and didnâ t mind educating me and sharing the process as they progressed, and wrapped up on time! Today West Shore was sending out someone to complete some finishing touches with our new shower. The install had been done with flawless Craftsmanship. I was worried that the new installer might not be up to the flawless standards of the previous work. As it turned out, I had no need to worry with Darrell showing up. Not only was his work performance excellent; Darrell was timely, professionalism, courteous, respectful, amiable,, and highly important, a good communicator. Upon his departure,I told Darrel it was a pleasure to work with someone of his caliber. I feel certain that his high performance level is part of every job he undertakes.

We had our shower installed over two years ago. I had noticed some caulk maintenance needs and called to ask what kind to buy. They told me not to worry, that they would handle it. Their tech, Darrell, was very professional and helpful. He handled the problem quickly and did an excellent job. It looks great! I would recommend West Shore without hesitation. Totally a five star experience.

David and Ian where are installers for the new shower they were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrive at 8:30 in the morning and finished installing the shower at 3:30 that afternoon. Both David and Ian are assets to Westshore home. we are extremely pleased with our new shower.

Great quality and service from Darrell who replaced our glass sliding doors in our shower. Great service from the company taking care of the issue quickly and at our convenience. We highly recommend West Shore Homes for your shower and tub upgrade.

We decided to upgrade our old bathroom and went with West Shore Home. From the phone conversation; to our fun conversations with in-home salesperson Tressa; and to the wonderful installers, Abraham and Michael; we had such a great experience. Bathroom was probably as old as the house. As advertised they were here lots than 6 hours with minimal interruptions. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use it.

Darrell, a technician with West Shore home was absolutely amazing. His professionalism, product knowledge, transparency and kindness are unmatched. It is easy to tell when someone takes pride and enjoys their work. Kudos to West Shore. It was truly a great experience.

From the start... with sales rep. Wade Roush to the most superb installation technicians, Ive ever encountered... Sean G & Alo, *The Dynamic Duo, I've named them, are the Best Professionals with superb expertise. Sean G & Alo were timely, updated me without my having to ask and exceptional every step of the installation. Sean & Alo turned a 30 year bathtub into what now looks like an updated spa shower. Everything looks like it was naturally meant to be there and NO Mess! This could not have been a better experience. My family is overjoyed with the results and trying to see who gets to shower 1st. Well done West Shore Homes! You have a friendly and knowledgeable team of professionals that exceeded my expectations and such a pleasant experience.
