I really love my new shower that Chris M and Zay installed. The job was done with care and they cleaned up inside and outside of my home.

The installers were courteous and professional very friendly I thank they did a fine job; their names were josh W and Cody R.

Austin Casteel did a great job installing our shower. David Vahidy was throughly able to give us information and explain our options. Everything was done in one day as promised could not be happier

Dana and Tyler were excellent at what they did. They let us know everything that they were doing. The shower is beautiful. When they left everything was spotless inside and. outside. I would recommend them to anyone to do a job for them. Thank you for such great workers.

I paid them to replace my shower and a window in the bathroom. they took my money and never came to do the job. They have not returned my phone calls for several weeks now.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this project - was able to get a quote quickly, installation was excellent and fast, customer service was very responsive.

Sales rep. was very professional and knowledgeable. After researching several other window companies, West Shore offered (not the lowest price and not the highest price) the best value for a very high quality product. The installers know their craft - clean up was remarkable. We had eleven windows installed and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the complete experience. We highly recommend West Shore.

My sales rep, Chris Parent, was fantastic. He was very patient, given that we have a toddler and an attention loving dog. Sat with us through a 4 hour planning session. The builders were great! Very professional and hard working. Got the project almost all done in 1 day (minor set back in the front door waiting on new trim). The guys did a great job and cleaned up after. The project even made my master bedroom windows bigger. My only downfall, I have spoken to several people after the fact, and it kind of sounds like I am paying way to much for my doors and windows. Live and learn I guess, but otherwise, I am very happy.
