We had a tub to shower conversion and it is beautiful! Christian and Justin were excellent installers! Great job!!!

West Shore is way overpriced and using cheap materials! Our shower is not level and retains about an inch of water in a corner after it is drained! The finish on the fixtures to not match! Customer service is awful, they refuse to come out and look at these issues much less return a phone call! I would not recommend this business to anybody! Stay clear and most importantly get additional quotes! Do not fall for their *I can only honor this quote for two days* it is a ruse to stop you from getting additional quotes!

My new walk in shower looks great. The installers, Hunter Medford and Braxton Bateman were very polite and nice. Showed us step by step what they were doing and answered all our questions. Love my new shower!!!

The installers, Chris Durland & Germain Luna, were excellent. They were here just before 8AM, reviewed our order and preferences, and were finished around 2:30 PM with what appears to be a beautiful job! My sales rep, Anthony Thom, also did a good job as he was very knowledgeable and took all the time needed to set this up. Overall, we are very satisfied with our total experience with West Shore Home and would highly recommend them.

The installers Reginald and Darrell were thorough and professional. The work was excellent.

My experience from start to finish was great. My sale rep Mr. Huenergardt took time to answer all my questions.The installers was on time and Jacob came in to ake sure I was getting the item ordred. My overall experience was decent. The wrong panel style was ordered and corrected the same day, and the guys were on time, skilled and courteous. However, the clean-up I was promised following the shower install was extremely poor. A time of sale, I was told clean-up would be included and would be white-gloves. In reality I was told the shop-vac was broken so they could not vacuum my carpet or stairs; sorry (this is debris that got past the drop clothes) . And the leaf blower do not blow wet saw dust off your drive-way (it rained during the install); hopefully it will rain again to wash it away. I was not please with that response! All in all, the upgraded bathroom does look amazing, and I am very please with the completed job.

Frank added some upgrades to our shower. He was extremely efficient, cleaned up after himself and was respectful. Great work.

Bronson and Austin were awesome! They worked hard and stayed focus. They we're very friendly and informative the whole day as they worked away to get my shower installed in one day. We are very happy with them and our new shower.

Great job by Lawrence Stoudt and Logan McCracken from Westshore Home installing a walk-in shower! Nice to see they arrived on time and finished on time. Excellent job cleaning up, very friendly and courteous.

Gentlemen were extra careful on the work. Would recommend.
