The experience was phenomenal! Said the installers would be here between 8:30 and 9am and Joshua and Jai pulled into our driveway at 08:28! They were finished by 4:05 and we are super pleased with the results.

I had an old bath tub replaced with a walk in shower. today. Dexter and Jermaine arrived this morning on time as promised. They were very professional, and got the job completed by the end of the day as promised. They were both very friendly and thorough, They were also very neat. I have not used the shower yet, because I have to wait 24 hours. So far, I am very pleased with the service. A beautiful job. Love what I see.

I had my shower replaced. Work was very professionally done by Robert Watson and Avi Ranklssoon. They arrived as scheduled, were friendly and goal oriented and went about their work with little unnecessary talking. They had the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their work. The installers, Rob Hanley and Tyler, were very courteous. They were arrived on time. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. on our concerns. I appreciated their thoughtfulness when cleaning up the areas where they worked. They performed excellent work. I would highly recommend this company for further work.

Both answered any and all questions they were great at keeping the work area as clean as possible and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job was done. Josh W. and Cody R. Did our remodel. They removed a jacuzzi tub and installed a shower in its place. They were courteous, answered all our questions and did a great job. They were timely and efficient. The representative that we placed order with did had told us some misinformation about a foot stand and also did not write down one item we had requested. Josh and Cody reported this to company and the problem was readily taken care of. We do have some discolored areas around area where shelves were installed and do not know if this is from glue but so far it has not caused a problem that we know of. We are satisfied customers.

Installers were friendly, professional, and most of all prompt. Thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Explained cleaning products to use and not to use as it relates to the warranty! Shout out to installers (Darrell D. and Germain L.), they were awesome!

Justin R and Justin J were absolutely great!! We had and issue when they came out first time due to our home and the way it was built. We ended up needing a custom pan. They fixed everything so kids would be safe until it came in. They finished the install our son loves it! Super polite and treated our home as if it was theirs. Protected our floors all the way to the bathroom. I could not ask for a better turn out. Definitely professionals all the way around! We would like to do all our secondary bathrooms now!!

My salesperson Drew was very professional, during the initial visit he was very thorough in explaining the process, taking measurements, and letting me know exactly what to expect. After the install, on a holiday weekend, he called to make sure that I was happy with the product and the installation. My installers Cody B. and Joe H. arrived on time, told me exactly what they were going to do, and finished the job in one day even though it was late and a very rainy Friday afternoon. At the completion of the job, they walked me back through what they had done and made sure I was satisfied with the product and their work. I would also like to say that they cleaned up where they had been working all day. I would definitely recommend these 3 gentlemen for any work you have done with West Shore.

I was very pleased with all the work! They did very good!

Reginald and Darrell were very professional, respectful, and most importantly, polite. They arrived on time. They explained each step in the bathtub installation process. They prepped the work areas so that the work area would not be damaged. They worked quietly and efficiently. When the installation was completed, they explained when I can use my new bathtub and what products I should use to clean it. Lastly, they explained that if I should have any problems with the tub, I can call Lakeshore Homes for assistance. I am extremely pleased with the installation of my new tub. In fact, I have already recommended Lakeshore to a friend and sent pictures of the great work.

Bronson & Cody R. arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional. At first I thought why did they send these young guys for this project. They made me eat my words! They knew what they were doing, they didnâ t bother us, they werenâ t loud, or disrespectful! They explained what they needed to explain and after the project was completed, they made sure we were satisfied. Thank you so much for meeting our expectations!
