West Shore Home converted our shower cave to an open shower. They did the full demo, repaired the damaged joists, and commenced the new installation on day 1. Work was completed on day 2. I observed their work during the whole process. It is high-quality work and professionally completed. Tyler and Coworker were outstanding. When we do our second bathroom in the future, we will be requesting these two guys to perform the work.

Done in one day as projected - wonderful improvement to my home.

Signed contract to have two showers installed ~April 2nd but material did not come in until May 13th, which is understandable giving these harsh times we are in. Showers were installed in one day (May 19th) as promised. After waiting the recommended 24 hours before using the shower, one of the showers flooded into my garage. The install team forgot to put the O-ring and tighten the shower drain tube. At least that is what the plumber sent on May 24th (four days later) to repair the leak informed me. After the leak was repaired by cutting into the garage ceiling, there was a hole left there for about half a month (June 11th) until a repairman could come replace the sheetrock and paint the area. It is still an ongoing repair and I even had to give him some sandpaper to smooth out his repair work and I had to clean the sanding dust out of the garage when he was done for the day (very unprofessional). It is about to be August and I am still waiting on this repair to be completed. The sales rep was good at presenting the product but from there it was all downhill because nothing else went right.

Reginald & Cliff were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable and I will request them to do my other bathroom.

If you have something done to your bath ASK for Jacobs and Caleb very good craftmanship DON'T KNOW WHAT jACOBS IS MAKING BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGHT

Cody R. And Bronson did a beautiful installation of new walk in shower. It took longer to get old tile off walls but they did it and clean up was perfect. Would use them again!!

Zay and Marcus, the Westshore very professional installers completed the job in an exceptional manner from start to finish. My new bathroom is beautiful. All I can say is WOW! I had West Shore remove and replace my old fiberglass bathtub shower combination with a new shower and I love it. This was my first home improvement project, so I was a little nervous. My installers arrived on time and got right to business! They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I look forward to doing more business with West Shore Home in the future because I have two more bathrooms that need a remodel. Thanks, Westshore Atlanta!

West Shore Homes did an outstanding job installing our walk in shower today. They arrived on time before 8:30am and by 5:15pm they were pulling out of our driveway. Our design consultant, Chad, (whoâ s last name escapes me) was great with making sure our needs were met and our contractors today, Austin Castenell, Mike Matthews, and Justin Hooks all were professional and knew what to do. We are so happy with everything and cannot wait to start using our new shower. We definitely recommend their services.
