My entire experience start to finish was excellent!

The shower they installed is better than we expected. The two installers Chris Johnson and Bobby Louis were the most professional and knowledgeable contractors we have ever used. I have never seen two people work together the way these two did. They worked non stop until the work was done and cleaned up everything so it looked like they had never been here. We are very happy we chose West Shore for this project. Thank You.

I am a disabled senior and needed a bathroom overhaul. After speaking with sales rep, Anthony, and getting all questions answered, I felt confident to proceed. The day of the install, I was lucky enough to have two young men, John and Christian, who were committed to making sure I was happy and getting what I wanted and needed. They were very professional and pleasant. When they finished the shower, they made sure everything was clean. The job was done in a day and was perfect!! I would definitely give them a 5 star rating as well as recommend this company. This was a good experience overall.

Kevin and Justin did a great job. They were very professional and skilled . Everything was cleaned and they were finished in about 8 hours.

Cody R and Bronson did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:30 and were completely done by 5:15. They removed the old tub and tiles all the way down to the wall studs then installed new 3/4 plywood over studs before installation of new floor to ceiling acrylic panels and new hardware. Very professional job. Well done.

Reginald and Sham arrived on time and did a outstanding job. They both received ABOVE and Beyond plus a10#. The clean up was great and replacing the old tub with new shower looks fantastic.

Austin A. was our salesman who took our order and did a brilliant job. In fact, I canceled 2 other companies after listening to his sales pitch and went with West Shore Home. I highly recommend Cody B. and Joe H. for their professional skills and the job they did. I am extremely pleased with my new shower stall and all the items that came with it. I went with a minimalist look for the shower since it's in our basement. It replaces an old bathtub and tired-looking tile that never seemed to get clean. My husband installed it many years ago when we turned our basement into an in-law suite. It ended up being my son's little apartment and being a guy, he hardly ever cleaned that area. Now that he is engaged, we wanted to make the bathroom someplace his Fiancee will feel comfortable using while living there. Thank you West Shore Home.

West Shore Home out of Greenville, NC did my bathroom remodeling. They removed my old bath tub and installed a walk-in shower. The installer Kevin Alicea was excellent. He took the time to explain things to me as to how the day would go. He also brought to me attention of some issues my bathroom had under the tub. He was on point with how he does his job. He showed me even how some of the piping worked behind the walls of the walk-in shower which that really made me happy. I wish more installers was the same way with explaining how a job will go. I will be using West Shore Homes again real soon to do some more remodeling at my home
