Hired Westshore to do a tub/shower replacement with shower. Austin Casteel and Ian Harrison did an outstanding job with the installation. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. We really appreciated them confirming our design options and providing inputs during the installation. We are extremely happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them!

Bathtub tear out and shower installation in one day. Our design consultant Clayton Kunkle was punctual, professional, personable and there was never any pressure. We were called a few days later and given a date when the demolition and install would occur. We were called again with a new closer date and asked if they could come sooner. On the day of the installation, three young men arrived at 9:15 AM and proceeded to get to work. The three man crew consisted of Ayoub M., Justin S. and Austin K. These men knew exactly what had to be done and proceeded to do the job to our complete satisfaction and were finished by 3:45 PM. Before they left they cleaned everything and instructed us when we could use the shower the next day. We love the shower and would definitely recommend the company for your tub to shower needs.

The installation crew was wonderful. Zachery Bowman and Eric Woodruff did a great job. They were very professional and super nice. The clean up was as good as the installation. They are #1 in my book!

Excellent….Reginald…Cliff…Josh did a fast and professional job. They came at 9:30am and they were done by 4:00 pm. When they left you could Not tell they had even been there..

We had two showers replaced by the same crew, Darrell & Germain. They were punctual, professional, and pleasant. Their work is excellent. Overall, a stress-free experience.

It was a stress-free new shower install. They arrived when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. Rhedd and Ethan were very pleasant and professional. I hardly knew they were here.

Justin Jacob's was very efficient at installing the shower unit. Clean was excellent.

We had 2 step in showers done in 1 day. we had 2 crews. Robert & Will were great. the got the job done quicker than I expected. They were also very professional but also very friendly. That to me make all the difference as to if I would use again. Zay & Brandon were the other installers. the did a great job but were very distant when communicating. I know not everyone is that social when working but just to say it makes ME feel better about you being in my home. We are maybe looking at using them for doors too. Robert & Will are the ones that told me they do doors also. thanks guys.

Our installers did an awesome job. They demolished our old garden tub and replaced it with a new walk-in shower. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done in one day. Just as advertised . Weâ re pleased to give a shout-out to Joshua and J.T. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were much appreciated.

They were courteous and worked well as a team in a timely fashion. They cleaned up as they worked. Would highly recommend. Mr. McLawhorn kept them on task and they seemed happy while they worked. Great job.

West Shore installed and completed two bathrooms in my house outstanding work. Thank you Austin, Mike they worked on master shower removal and replacement. Marcus and Brandon replaced hall way bathroom shower and tub. Some minor adjustments need to be done overall I’ll give them an A+. More dust than expected but it was rip and replace walls, tiles, pan, piping etc.

Scott B. and Ayoub M. were our installers and they did excellent work, were very prompt and kept us informed of their progress.

Cody R. and Branson were here on time. worked steadily to get the job done and completed the project on time. They were very courteous and polite and were very aware of keeping everything clean and making sure no damage was done in the process. There is an issue of some small spots left on my tile but I have been told this will be cleaned.

Both the sales representative and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Installation was done in a very timely manner. They were extremely careful to keep area clean from front door to the work area. Sales rep - Alyssa Hall Installers - Darrell & Germain. We were very happy with the finished product!

We are so impressed with this company - the sales person was very knowledgeable and the team sent to install our new windows (Billy McLawhorn and his team) were outstanding! The took out our old windows, installed the new and cleaned up all of their stuff AND washed my new windows for me!!! Then Billy gave me a lesson on the "how to's" of my windows. We will go back to this company for additional work. Thank you to everyone in the Greenville, NC branch.

Kyle Brasure, Daniel Page and Austin Vickers are an awesome team! They are next to perfection! They will leave your home with you knowing that they care and wants you to have an awesome experience! Really wish that I could put a picture of the beautiful work that they did in my bathroom. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALLING OF DUTY!
