Had Germain and Darrell come out and provide excellent work replacing a fiberglass shower/tub. We only have one bathroom, so I needed the promise of complete in one day to accurate and they were. Started by 9ish and finished by 4. Great Job!

Germain and Darrell came to our home and we could not have been more pleased with their professionalism. They were pleasant and took the care to do an excellent job and we are well pleased with the finished product. West Shore rocks! This by far is the BEST shower remodel company in our nation. Clayton came to our home as an in home remodel consultant, and worked with me on colors and materials for the shower install. He was very patient and took the time to explain all the steps of the install, and what to expect on install day. He also helped choose financing and worked out a great plan with an awesome lender! The day of the install was super smooth and they were able to get a crew to install on a Saturday! Rhedd, Ethan, and Logan were super! They pulled the truck in the driveway, and had me approved the materials being used for the install. Then they prepared my house with a drop cloth from the front door to the Masterbath Project. The truly did an oustanding job from beginning to end, and the shower looks amazing and beautiful. The job was done perfectly, and they CLEANED up perfectly after the job. It is amazing how they took down all my tile work and old GARDEN tub to create beautiful shower! No more mold and mildew! Also, I was told how to care for my shower and the right cleaning supplies to use. Rhedd, Ethan, and Logan were the BEST of the BEST!!! Thank you so much for my new shower!!!
