He did a very good job, he came on time. They charged separately for the house and driveway. He did it within 3 or 4 hours. He was good, didn't kill anything, we were very pleased with them. You can't argue with the price, because they all seem to be in same ballpark. I would knock it down one notch on price to maybe get the message. I would absolutely use him again.

Roy Bauman of "Hired Gun Pressure Washing" does great work. He pressure washed our driveway, front walk and back deck and did an excellent job. He does not use a crew but does all the work himself. He is very thorough and very reasonable! This is our second time using him and we have been very pleased both times.

This is the second time I have used Roy for his services, and as expected, he did a great job. The front of the house and patio deck were very dirty with some mildew on the house. Roy was able to remove the mildew and dirt, which gave the house and patio a revitalized appearance. Roy also completed a second patio area, which also looked great. As with the last time I worked with Roy, Roy was very responsive when responding and scheduling, and he was able to perform his services on a date that worked with our needs. Roy was very responsive and an excellent communicator. He called in advance to let me know when he was coming and called afterwards to let me know he was finished. The work was done quickly with excellent results. None of the paint on the deck was chipped off from the pressure washing and all the mildew on the house was removed.

Roy never disappoints! He has been coming each spring (for the last 4 or 5 years) after the pollen season to do a "house wash", not a blast your paint off job. Each time my house and windows look wonderful. All mold/mildew is gone, windows sparkle, deck and siding is so very clean. Always a pleasure to have Roy come.

Everything turned out great the house and windows are sparking, and he even avoided bird's nest which we requested. The driveway is 100% better. He powered washed and bleached the concrete and was able to repair the damage done by the prior contractor.
