Scheduling was so easy. Roy (the owner) is great, professional and has a great personality. He came out the next day after calling.

Roy arrived as agreeded and started working right away. Completed job in about 2 1/2 hours. He was careful of all the plantings around the house. Professional. I would use him again.

Roy 'The Hired Gun' was pleasant to deal with right away over the phone, and he made it easy to discuss the work I needed done. He squeezed me into his weekend schedule and then followed through with doing the work while the weather was good, which was sooner as opposed to later, and suited me just fine. He arrived promptly at time we agreed, he was considerate and took care not to track water into my home, and he worked around obstacles with no complaint. The quality of his work was excellent! During the five years in my home I've had pressure cleaning done annually and Roy's work today was by far the cleanest it's been since I bought the house! His charges were very reasonable. I would definitely have Roy 'The Hired Gun' come back to pressure clean for me again, and I will gladly refer him to family, friends, and colleagues.

Roy was quick to respond to my schedule. He was quick to provide an estimate for the work and was able to start the next day. He is honest & will not try to sell you on a service that is not needed or appropriate. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He has the right tools & equipment and the experience to provide excellent results. He pressure washed my large driveway, walkway, front porch, back patio, front sidewalk and cleaned the gutters. They are all clean. He cleaned my garage doors & mailbox for free and did a super clean-up. I highly recommend him & will use him in the future.

Roy did a great job for us and gave us some additional work ( mildewed painted deck handrails ) at no cost. He was very thorough and did not disturb adjacent landscaping or lawn areas. We most definitely will ask Roy to perform pressure washing services again in the future.

Roy Bauman called before arriving, arrived on time and after looking over the area, explaining exactly what he was going to do and letting us know he would have to add $20 to the estimate because we added the stone turn around, he got right to work. He was very meticulous in all he did and took his time to make sure all was done with precision. His experience in working with different surfaces was evident. He was finished in about three hours and now we have pristine concrete and stone surfaces. We will use his service again when we need the exterior surfaces cleaned.

Overall a great experience in every way. Roy takes a lot of pride in his job, and has great attention to detail. Was very quick to respond when I first contacted him, and came out to the house quickly for a free estimate. The work was done less than a week later. When he originally quoted me a price, it was almost exactly the figure I had in my head, and he did not change the quote or try to upsell me. He even did a few extra things that we discussed, and did not charge me more. The quality of work was top notch. I'll most likely get him to come out to the house once a year.

Roy is a super nice guy and did a fantastic job. He responded soon after we left him a message and scheduled an appointment within a few days to come look at our deck and house and give us an estimate. He showed up on time to do the job and that is very refreshing these days. He walked me around the house explaining what he would be cleaning and got right to work. He pressure washed our back deck, which was pretty dirty and got it completely ready to be stained. He also washed the front of our house and it looks great! He washed off all the green and dirt , but did not hurt the paint at all. Overall, Roy did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

Called up the Hired Gun based off other reviews. He is just like it said in the reviews. Very energetic and entertaining and really likes what he does. I always felt if you found something you really like, and get very good at it, you should make a living off of it or at least get some sort of recognition for it. This one gets both from me and it was worth it. My house has white trim but done in oil based paint, which seems to attract mildew like a can of Sprite does to honey bees. It went from being dingy and off colored looking to looking like I just had it painted. Another thing he mentioned, fall is a better time of the year to get this done since there is less moisture. He gave some other advice on the paint and was done in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend him again and will use him again down the road.

This is the second, but definitely not the last, time that Roy has worked on our home. We so pleased with Roy's initial work that we immediately contacted him when we realized that the bead board ceiling in our screen porch was covered with mildew. While he was here, we also asked him to pressure wash the molding around the front door. After Roy's pressure washing, the ceiling and the door molding looks freshly painted! I was even more impressed with Roy's honestly and professional service after talking with my neighbor. He saw Roy's results when he initially cleaned our home, and asked him to perform work on his home and driveway as well. The driveway and walkway are very white, and the side of the neighbor's house looks immensely better. He spoke highly of Roy's skill and his professionalism. With Roy's very thorough cleaning, and his recommendations regarding the condition of the home, the entire house will not require painting as other companies have suggested! We are both recommending Roy to all of our friends.

Roy did an outstanding job pressure washing my 1950's rental house. He not only removed the mildew on the north side, he took care not to damage the few spots of bad wood on the house. I certainly plan to have him wash my personal home next spring.

The house is sparkling. Roy is a fantastic guy. He did such a great job my neighbors were asking about him. The windows are so clean I don't need to pay for a separate window cleaning service (saving of $300). I didn't know our drive way was white! Our deck is on it's last legs, but because of his experience he managed to make it look clean without stripping it.

I was leery of hiring someone to pressure wash my home because there are so many handymen armed with pressure washers who think they can do the job. My home's exterior is vinyl siding and we were cautioned when we bought it that not "just anyone" can clean vinyl siding (it's more fragile than some other exteriors, harsh cleaners might damage it, etc.). I read pages and pages of reviews on Angie's List before choosing Roy Bauman (The Hired Gun). Roy was prompt in returning my call and juggled his schedule so that he could get the job done before the week was out. Roy arrived on time, got right to work, and kept us informed during the entire process. I hate to admit it, but my house had SEVEN YEARS of dirt and mold on it. Roy went above and beyond to remove every speck of dirt and grime. What was estimated to take two hours took four due to the level of mold that had built up on the house. Roy stuck to his estimate and it seemed to be a point of pride that he would win over the mold. And he succeeded! The house looks as good as it did on the day the siding was installed. I highly recommend "The Hired Gun" and will definitely call on him again (and it will be sooner than seven years!).

I couldn't be more happy with the work Roy did on my house. It hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and it looked brand new after the job was done. Roy was very professional and the rates quite reasonable ... a high quality job.
