Roy was excellent to work with! He is very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He came out the same day that I called and gave me an estimate. Even though he was busy, he was able to work our job into his schedule in a prompt manner. He cared about doing good work and paid attention to the details, like our plants and shrubs! Roy definitely does the job with repeat business in mind and understands that means impressing the customer with a job well done the first time. Our driveway was LONG overdue for a good power washing. We had even tried to do it ourselves renting equipment but were not happy at all with the results. Roy got the job done and it looks awesome! I was very pleased and will definitely use him again for future work.

I contacted Roy and heard back quite quickly. He was able to fit us into his very busy schedule which was helpful for getting the house ready for sale. The vinyl siding was pretty dirty and access wasn't the easiest for him with the overgrown trees, etc. but he was able to get it all spic and span. It looks fantastic! A great job and would highly recommend for your pressure washing needs.

Roy did a superb job-couldn't be more pleased. He is a bit pricey. But I certainly got the value & excellent work that I paid for.

Roy's Hired Gun service was exceptional at the very least. Upon first interaction, Roy showed a sense of thoroughness and genuine care for my family's property. Everything from an accurate and reasonalbe quote to his execution of a job well done was certainly impressive. I've worked with pressure washers, landscapers, and outside specialists over the course of managing my family's property, and I have yet to engage with someone as warm, understanding, and knowledgable as Roy--this man is a true expert. After calling to make an appointment, Roy indicated that he would try to fit me into his schedule. Roughly two days later, Roy called back and delivered the news he could come the next day. This was perfect given I needed the job done within a week! He showed up when he said he would, and brought his A game. This man works hard and I'll be calling him up again. Very satisfied. This is our second year to have Roy pressure wash our home, This is now a part of our Spring home maintenance and Roy is our go to guy! Roy is responsive and friendly. He shows up on time, is thorough and meticulous with his work. Our gutters (which have leaf guards) look great and will function well for another year. Our screened porch looks new! Our curb appeal went up overnight! Looks like we had a new paint job. I started doing the annual pressure wash when our painter insisted that it would extend the life of our painted brick home. We worked hard preparing for Roy's visit - the more things that are moved away from the house, the better he can do his job. We took our screens off so windows got a hit. We enjoy working with Roy and already have the job on our calendar for next year! Thanks, Roy!

I found Roy and The Hired Gun through Angie's List. Oddly though, once Roy came to my house to give me an estimate, I found out that he had worked on four of the other five houses on my cul-de-sac as well as my neighbor to the back. The work went very well. I just found out today (06/03/2014) that my subdivision has also hired Roy to do work on our common areas.

I called Roy and asked if he could come out within 24 hours and he accommodated that request. He was careful of plants on and under our deck, as well as a family of baby wrens nesting under a corner of our deck. He did an excellent job making our deck shine!

I have been quite pleased with Mr. Bauman's service in 2012. He responded to my recent call the same day, and I made an appointment. He called, on route, to let me know that he would be delayed approximately 15 minutes. He was courteous and mindful of not damaging my plants. The driveway, walkway and brick stairs were cleaned to my complete satisfaction.

Roy called me about 12 years ago when he saw that one of my new listings needed the driveway and front walk cleaned (I'm a real estate agent). He was right, the seller hired him, and what a difference that cleaning made. I always thought that the cleaning played a big part in the home selling in just 5 days. Ever since then I have recommended him to numerous clients because the work he does makes such a difference in regards to curb appeal, patios, decks, entry-ways, etc. (not to mention the health issues involved with having mildew and mold removed from surfaces around your home). There are some people that just do what they say they'll do, they do it very well, the price is fair and they don't try to sell you on more than you can afford. That's Roy. He is also prompt, honest, dependable and meticulous. I only hesitated to write this review because it might mean he won't be as available to work for me or my clients if his appointment book is full!

Roy was wonderful with which to work! He called me back quickly and was very friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and professional. On top of all that he was just as concerned about quality and saving me money as I was. You could tell he had the customers best interest in mind. Despited being crazy busy this time of year he was able to get me in a timely manner. I'm a picky customer when it comes to customer service but I can 100% recommend The Hired Gun for quality, price and integrity!

I cannot speak to the quality of this company's work, but If you are a homeowner who does their due diligence and obtains multiple estimates before selecting a company you my want to steer clear. During our first and only conversation Roy asked if I would be contacting other companies for estimates. When I said yes, he responded that he was too busy to get into a bidding war. Shocked by the unprofessional response I thanked him for his time and ended our conversation. The ironic thing is I rarely choose the least expensive. Again, I can't speak to the quality of their work but contacting The Hired Gun was a waste of time for me.

The guy who came out was very good. He did an excellent job.

It went great. Roy did a great job pressure washing a long brick wall, a deep brick staircase and my brick front entrance steps. The result were fabulous.

This is our second time using Roy. He is reliable, professional and prompt. He does great work for a reasonable price, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He has been a consistent service provider in our 150 home subdivision for many years. Highly recommend, will use again.

Beautiful! Years of mildew and algae removed. He made our home look like new!

Roy was early and did a very thorough job. He was able to treat the mold on my deck with bleach to keep it from returning. I was skeptical but more than a week later and one rain later and it is still beautiful. I have six hives of bees in my backyard and he managed with them quite well. I was pleased in every way. He gave me a quote on the deck ($175) and the house ($175) separately but I wanted both done, so I went for the whole thing. He did a great job and I'll get him back again next year.

Roy was very easy to work with ? he knows how to get it done. The driveway looks great, well worth the money spent.

Roy was a pleasure to work with. Super friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. I called him yesterday and he fought rush hour traffic to squeeze me in this evening, to beat the rain coming this weekend. The front of our home, driveway, and walkway all look impeccable. He also takes the extra step to treat the concrete so that nothing "grows" back in a few weeks, which differentiates him from many other companies. I cannot speak highly enough of him and we will recommend The Hired Gun in a heartbeat any chance we get!

Roy was very responsive to my call. I called the Hired Gun based on his reviews on Angie's List and he was great. He pressure washed our ranch house and did a great job! The house looks brand new. Will definitely use Roy again.

Roy is the best person for Pressure washing!! Scheduling was a breeze, he called me back on a Saturday, and said he would come out Tuesday afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30. He called me before to let me know he was on the way, and arrived on time. When he showed up, he looked at the entire area to be pressure washed, and started the work right away. We even had a gutter piece that had fallen down during the winter storm, and he put it back up for me at no charge. The house looks amazing!! If you need to have your house pressure washed, do not gamble by calling anyone else!! Roy is simply the BEST!!!

It was truly a fantastic experience. The price was fair and the job was very well done. I would highly recommend Roy to anyone, in fact our HOA will likely be using him for entrance work since he was so professional and the work was high quality. Don't hesitate to call.
